A very nice apartment and lovely staff! Granted us early checkin the day before arrival and just overall accommodating. Staff were easy enough to contact about any problems, having travelled with prams it was easy enough to manoeuvre them up and down the stairs to the room on first floor. A lovely and clean apartment fitted with refreshments and smart tvs in each room. The sofa bed was very comfortable as were all the others. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone, very family friendly setting! With a park across the road, an arcade just 5 minutes and the tram stop just outside with a little cafe it was the perfect location especially with young children

Very poor customer service. Booked and checked I had disabled access. No staff answered phone calls. Stairs carpet needed a good hoover. Room in itself was clean. I leave my honest personal review and now every day I'm getting phone calls and voicemails off staff. I paid in full, took them a while to refund £200 deposit.

Beautiful property, practical layout with 2 bathrooms, property is clean and modern, good communal kitchen, property in good location. Kitchen has good facilities and great that towels are included! Great showers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay plus more, there was a fan in every room plus smart tvs which were great for the kids. The owners were polite, friendly and very welcoming. We had a great time and would return in future.

Excellent apartment with everything included, great hosts liked it so much we called for an extra nights stay. Bed where comfortable and the apartments we stay at where not to far from town so was great for a family as wasn’t loud at night times

We rang to book and explained our party needed disabled access as one of the party is a wheelchair user. We were advised a ground floor apartment was available which was disabled friendly and would suit our requirements and so we duly booked. Next day we were contacted by the host and advised they weren't sure it was suitable as door to enter apartment was 76cm and a step was 10cm deep. I explained a member of our party was totally wheel chair dependant however with the given widths it should be fine. How wrong was I! The wheelchair didn't fit in either bathrooms or the kitchen/dinning area. This led to our friends cutting short their break. On a plus it was modern, clean, well equipped and tidy but definitely not suitable for disabled guests.
