A very nice apartment and lovely staff! Granted us early checkin the day before arrival and just overall accommodating. Staff were easy enough to contact about any problems, having travelled with prams it was easy enough to manoeuvre them up and down the stairs to the room on first floor. A lovely and clean apartment fitted with refreshments and smart tvs in each room. The sofa bed was very comfortable as were all the others. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone, very family friendly setting! With a park across the road, an arcade just 5 minutes and the tram stop just outside with a little cafe it was the perfect location especially with young children

The room was everything you needed home form home perfect we was a family of 7 in a one bedroom apartment my partner messed up and only got one room apartment instead of 2 bedrooms but we managed there was everything you needed to stay was very quiet and clean free parking across from the apartment and at the front of property as we had 2 cars and it was quiet we both parked across from the property had plenty of calls with the people who own it and they are still ringing us now after 2 months but everything was perfect.it is code entry which was really easy to use very nice stay

Very poor customer service. Booked and checked I had disabled access. No staff answered phone calls. Stairs carpet needed a good hoover. Room in itself was clean. I leave my honest personal review and now every day I'm getting phone calls and voicemails off staff. I paid in full, took them a while to refund £200 deposit.

Absolutely brilliant the apartment was spotless, clean and fresh, the customer service experience was 5*. Have been blackpool many times wishing had known about this place sooner would of booked here all the time. It has everything that you need and a little more. Excellent location right on the sea front and within a 1 min walk to the tram stop. Excellent is all I can say. 1000% will be returning and would recommend to everyone. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay plus more, there was a fan in every room plus smart tvs which were great for the kids. The owners were polite, friendly and very welcoming. We had a great time and would return in future.

Great apartment with everything included, beds where comfortable and like the keyless entry so no need to worry about keys. Excellent hosts we enjoyed it so much the kids even wanted to stay another day to which the office helped us sort. Would definitely stay with them again
