AVOID AT ALL COST!! staff were rude and the food was the worst the I've ever eaten the hotel is a mess on the second night we went to our room and things had been taken when I went to complain we were asked to leave when I ask why I was physically pushed by the staff!!

Where shall I start We arrived 2am Wednesday morning told we had to pay another €70 Had no hot water for 6 days The food is terrible always the same muck everyday (Which the chicken gave me food poisoning) The staff are rude and arrogant Constantly running out of alcohol I even witnessed the hotel manager tell a young man if he ever wrote a letter to say he was loving the hotel he was going to kick him out Summing up you have been warned steer well clear

Don't go there!!!! Dirty, rude, cheap place. I arrived with my parents, we paid for a room with a balcony, when we arrived, the receptionist walked us to a cheap, dirty and stinky wooden house, that hasn't even been cleaned. The toilet was disgusting and dirty, and the bin next to it was full of toilet paper. When we told him this was not what we paid for, he wanted money, and then he said we should wait, and our room will be ready in 30 minutes. A literal hour passed by and still nothing. My dad went to talk to him and he said 15 minutes. Another hour minutes passed by, and we asked again and he still said another 15 mins. An hour passed by again, and we found him behind the hotel playing table tennis and didn't even care about us, and he was very rude. We got the room finally after more than 3 hours of waiting. It was dirty. The food there is cheap, and it was almost the same every damn day. The baklava is literally the same flavor, just in different shapes.The boiled eggs had chicken poop on them. We didn't eat much the last days cause it was so bad. The workers there were rude, and no one could speak english, you couldn't communicate with them unless you were Turkish. Everyone was rude except for 2 people, they all looked like they didn't want to be there. The cups were disgusting. When I went to the market in the hotel to buy a snack, the receptionist said it costs 4 euro!!!!!!! It's a total scam. They try to get money out of you however they can. If you want to buy cigarettes, or snacks, go to the market that's near the beach cause its cheap, but the workers there are really rude also. The beach is full of rubbish, it's trashy and disgusting. All inclusive in the bar literally means you can drink coffee thats really bad, and beer. If you want a cocktail that's an additional 6 euros! If you want a taxi, you shouldn't order it through the receptionist, because they'll take money off of that aswell, and you'll pay much more. It's a 1 star hotel, not a 4.

Absolutely the WORST hotel in the whole of Turkey. NEVER have I ever experienced such BAD hospitality. The staff are RUDE and not interested in helping you. Do not take your kids here unless you want them to be seriously sick. IT IS NOT A BEACH HOTEL. GUYS THERE IS NO BEACH. You walk to the beach and pay extra, it's not all inclusive We booked a room for 3 people. We were given a room with two single beds! There were no other rooms and we had to push them together to share. The door didn't close, there was no TV.  The bathroom flooded the room badly and it stunk so bad. You could hardly even fit in the bathroom. The taxi price to the centre is 400tl, but the manager (Basil Fawlty) was arranging for 800tl and keeping the rest for himself. All the other guests we spoke to were the same.. This area is like a Ghetto. Nothing around, Belek is an awful place full of sharks. We didn't feel safe. Use UBER and pay the prices on the app. DO NOT use the hotel ones.. The food is cheap crap food, the pool was green, dirty and full of algae. The rooms were never cleaned! 1 cup between us all and even that was dirty. I read the reviews and thought, surely it can't be that bad? But i didnt listen and I learnt a HARD lesson.. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Food awful. It was not protected from the flies and there were many. This hotel rooms not clean or modern. Bathroom mouldy due to no ventilation. Dining area plagued with stray cats. This is not inclusive. Food only available when they wish to serve you. Bar open 10am to 10pm. Repair work is on going.

Wouldn’t even rate this hotel 1 star. It was terrible! When we first arrived the guy at reception was trying to charge us more to have a balcony! We declined and got a room on the ground floor overlooking the bar. The room had a single bed and double bed. There were bottles of water but they were warm, there was a fridge which didn’t work, the bathroom was covered in mould & the floor was constantly wet. The floor in the room was disgusting would not advise anyone walking on it bare foot! If you like chicken dinosaurs & chips you’ll be happy to know you can get them every mealtime! Went to the bar to be told there was very little to drink & if we wanted fruit juice it was an extra €1! Glasses were absolutely disgusting obviously hadn’t been washed properly! Communication was terrible, kept being told “No English” and one person actually used google translate. The pool was closed off for the 3 nights we were there, it was green! Guy at reception was very rude, asked him to phone a Turkish number to find out our transfer time as our phones weren’t working and got a very rude reply! On the plus side there is a lovely beach a 5 minute walk from the hotel! Walk into the town took us about 20 mins and got a taxi into Belek. I think this hotel could be great if it was updated ALOT! Asked cleaners for clean towels and was told no! Some of the reviews I read on here said the entertainment was great.. we seen absolutely no entertainment the time we were there.
