Minutes from both highways, whether you want to go north or south, this location is a perfect landing spot during your travels. We are less than a quarter mile from award-winning trail system citywide, paved and single track trails covering over 120 miles of the city.The spaceThe suite is located inside the main house that the host lives in. There is a private entrance (grey door to the right of main entrance) for guests and door to the main house can be locked from both sides with sound proofing measures. There is also a fan in the room that will cancel out all sounds indoor and outdoor but host is pretty quiet.Guest accessGuests will have access to the entire suite, this hotel room. There is a king sized bed and a beautiful master bathroom. Guests can also use the BBQ and outdoor seating if desired but these are shared spaces.During your stayHost lives on property and is available by phone or text. Host has lived in Alaska for 10 years and has access to a plethora of tourism knowledge.
