The staff at this hotel were very friendly and professional. The services were excellent as well. It has a good location and nice proximity to local transportation network

スタッフはみんなとても親切でした。嬉しい驚きだったのは、早めにチェックインできたことです。無料の空港シャトルも追加特典でした。ベッドは快適で清潔で、部屋も全体的に良かったです。歩いて行けるレストランが 1 軒しかなかったので、ポイントを 1 つ減らしましたが、Lyft をたくさん利用しました。それ以外は、とても快適な滞在でした。ありがとうございました!! 😊

I always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.

My fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

ツアーの集合場所なので宿泊、ドリップコーヒーや紅茶、冷蔵庫、そしてなんと電子レンジ完備、冷凍食品をチンして頂けました。アイロン、ヘアードライヤーもちゃんとあり2泊しましたがちゃんとベットメイキングしてました。 残念な点は、浴槽の栓が無くシャワーしか使えなかったことと歯ブラシが無かった位ですが、エレベーターもカードが無いと上がれないセキュリティもしっかりしてました。

ホテル全体の体験はごく普通でした。送迎の運転手の態度が非常に悪く、荷物を車の前に置くと、運転手はただ荷物のそばに立って見ているだけで、客が自分で車に積み込むのを待っていました。これが悪い第一印象を与えたので、チップを用意していましたが渡しませんでした。部屋の設備は平均的で、特に素晴らしい点はありませんでした。しかし、朝食はハイライトで、午前6時から午前11時まで提供されており、非常に便利でした。

I was a bit nervous after reading some other reviews, but I need not have been. My room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows plentiful. My 11 year old grandson, who visited during my stay, gives the pool and waterside a huge thumbs up. His mother, sister and I enjoyed the hot tub while he splashed alone.  Breakfast was a bounty! Although I am limited by multiple food allergies, I found more than enough to eat and enjoyed my 2 breakfasts.  When I first arrived in my assigned room, I discovered a tool on the floor and a dismantled A/C unit. Before I had time to wonder, a repairman was at the door, apologetic that I had arrived before he could complete his maintenance. He immediately arranged for me to switch to a different room, and all was well.  Desk staff were all cordial, helpful, friendly. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay and highly recommend others to ignore naysayers and give it a try. I would be happy for a return visit if opportunity arises. Many thanks for a great stay.

このモーテルは、エコノ ロッジ イン & スイートズ ユニバーシティではありません。私たちも滞在し、これよりもはるかに優れていました(エコノ ロッジ モーテル ビレッジ)。 部屋は狭く、バスルームは不快なにおいがしました。浴槽の水に触れるシャワーカーテンから匂いがしました。シャワーを浴びるときは、水が早く排水されないので、足が臭い布のシャワーカーテンと一緒に水に浸かります.また、お風呂は地面よりも奇妙に高いので、入るときは注意してください.滞在中、夜中に私たちの部屋に入ってくるいくつかのバグ(蚊、ハエ)がありました。バグの音が眠れなかったので、バグを殺して毎回寝返らなければなりませんでした。部屋の鍵にも問題があり、何度か交換しましたが、カードがロックを解除する前にかなり数回スライドする必要があります。緩んでいて、正確な直角を得る必要があると思います。これは、手がいっぱいになると迷惑になります。この背後にある別のエコノロッジをお勧めします。ここのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。朝食には、コーヒー、紅茶を提供しましたが、蓋はありませんでした。ソロカップにパンとジュースが提供されます(ただし、コーヒーカップを使用するだけです)。マフィンがありました。アレルギーがある場合は、自分の食べ物を持参することをお勧めします。このモーテルと他のエコノロッジの価格は同じでした。部屋が気に入らない場合に備えて、旅行全体で同じ場所に滞在することを避けるように努めますが、旅行全体で他のエコノロッジを予約しなかったことを後悔しました。
