Spotless experience. Excellent rooms prrfect location very atrentivr customer service and super professional management. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in every way. Definitely recommended

全体的に見て、このホテルは期待を裏切るものでした。標準的な4つ星ホテルというより、モダンな3つ星ホテルといったところです。サービス（レセプションとルームサービスの両方）は効率が悪く、食事の質も劣っています（そして当然ながら値段も高すぎます）。また、立地もあまり良くありません。バリオ（地区）は非常に高級ですが、特に休日や週末には周辺に何もすることがなく、ダウンタウン（プロビデンシア地区など）に行くにはタクシーを利用する必要があり、歩いて行くという選択肢はありません。

クラブキングルームを利用しました。クラブラウンジを利用できよかったです。クラブラウンジでは、ゆったりとした空間で、美味しい食事や飲み物を楽しめました。サーモン、お肉料理、サンドイッチ、ベーカリー、スイーツ、サラダ、どれも秀逸でした。滞在中は、クラブラウンジのコンシェルジェにいろいろと旅行についてのアドバイスをいただき、市内観光やワイナリーツアーを堪能できました。部屋も清潔でゆったりとくつろげる十分な広さで心地よい空間でした。ホテルのスタッフはみなさんとても親切でした。また是非利用したいです。

El hotel esta Bien, las habitaciones muy bien, el problema son las instalaciones, una recepción antigua, una pileta chica y un gimnasio chico y desorganizado. El Restaurante esta bien aunque podría tener mas vida, lo mejor es el personal que lo atiende. El hotel dice ser 5 estrellas pero en realidad es un 4, igualmente la relacion precio calidad esta ok

Nice hotel in Las Condes within walking distance of many restaurants/shops. Upmarket, safe area. Modern, decent sized room. Small rooftop pool for a quick dip. Good restaurant downstairs. Great rates on the weekend. Highly recommended!

可能因為參會，房間都滿了，所以價格有點高，3000多一晚，不過除了貴一些沒毛病，服務很好，設施也不錯，景色宜人。哦 對了，早餐不行啊，東西太少，連其他客人説的車釐子都沒看到，衹有非常有限的普通水果。

The overall it's really good because the hotel it's firstly very well located as it's close to main Street (excellent transport) but in a small street. Very close to nice dining and commercial areas. It seems Brand New so everythings Shiny and very clean, people a very nice. I would say the only issues are the very bad window frames which don't isolate the noise of the street and I imagine also the cold weather in winter and the pillows which are uncomfortable. Beside those two points the hotel is fantastic

Very Kind Staff, Great Location and clean rooms… the only disadvantage was the small and low closet that smelled of mold, didn‘t use it for my clothing

一晩過ごすだけのホテルです。新婚旅行や礼儀としてシャンパンのボトル、タワーCからの素晴らしい景色など、スタッフからの注意を期待しないでください。

Maintenance required for bathroom. There were hairs in the bath tub which means not clean. Bath water doesn’t go down well. Toilet clogged. Very bad experience. Reception staff is not friendly and felt like he is there sleepy or not in a mood when checking out. Courtyard next to this one is better.
