We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk team was extremely friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. They were very proactive in solving any issues that came up, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. TSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river. Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent. Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

Very excellent service, they allowed us to check in a couple hours early and check out a couple hours late. The only issue was that the room had a smoke smell.

Convenient location. Nice breakfast. Helpful housekeepers. The only complain I have is the smell of smoke coming from other rooms. There’s no clear separation of smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Ash trays in all rooms and next to the elevator even though there are no smoking signs.

The room is spacious and modern. The hotel is very new and has free WiFi and free laundry machine usage. The staff is very polite and helpful. The entrance may be a bit hard to find. It shares location with other hotels in the mega-complex. The entrance is just around the corner of another major brand hotel. The hotel is connected to a four story shopping mall with plenty of food choices. I see a lot of families around the area

延長滞在。旅行は2日間続きましたが、最初の夜はとても良かったので、引っ越しませんでした。 ホテルは長い間営業していましたが、改装され、よく維持されていました。部屋はとても広くて明るく、清潔で臭いもなく、カーペットもとても清潔です。周囲に高層ビルはなく、視界が広く丹江の景色を眺めることができます。 部屋には魔法瓶ポットも用意されており、とても心遣いが感じられます。 タオル、寝具、バスアメニティはすべて非常に便利です。バスタブも二人で利用できるので特に嬉しいです。スイミングプールもあるので、旅行中にリラックスしたり泳いだりするのに最適です。 朝食は数種類のお粥など豊富で美味しいです。地域の特色もたくさんあります。 👍

今回初めて宿泊しましたが、部屋も広く、綺麗でした。洗濯機や乾燥機もあり、旅行者にとっては助かります。朝食は中華って感じでしたが、種類も多く、普通に美味しく食べられました。全体的にはコスパの良いホテルと思います。

Wonderful hotel with friendly reception, and a beautiful and spacious room with a balcony! I stayed here for a family wedding that was hosted at the hotel. My room was immense and immaculate, and I enjoyed sitting out on my own quiet patio before the festivities began. My afternoon coffee and snack in the lobby cafe was delicious. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and even the maids greeted me in the hallway. I ordered my breakfast to go, and it was thoughtfully packed and waiting for me in the morning at the front desk. I’m so happy to find such a lovely 5-star hotel in Taishan City. I felt well taken care of. Thank you so much!

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

The location is great if you like to eat late night. I felt the breakfast wasn’t great I walk-in and walk right back out. The bed was hard and the wifi was not fast but good enough for a zoom meeting
