one of the best hotel I've stayed during my last travels. everything is perfect, from the rooms and garden around the hotel to the food and kindness of the hosts. + great location near the Zili Village. close to many villages around that you can visit by foot and many others close using Didi. + the people running the hotel are so kind and helpful. they helped us a lot with many advice and information about the places to visit + the room was big, clean and with a magnificent view of the village. + the breakfast was just delicious, with many choices and great taste. + all the small gestures: welcome coffee and fruits, the fruits available 24h for everyone. bonus : we forgot some clothes at the hotel and they've send them asap by courier to our next hotel. thank you for that ! conclusion: we are clearly coming back here !

Its a new hotel. Room facilities are all new and modern. Heavenly bed, aircorn is adjustable which is a bonus. The only down side is the pillows are too soft. One of the pillows has beads inside that caused me skin allergy. Room does not come with a fridge, safety box and hair conditional (they have stated on the booking) Very happy that the hotel has a laundry area. The hotel is close to the malls, but need to take didi.

このホテルは本当に期待以上でした！部屋はとても綺麗で、窓からは明るく、太陽の光が差し込んできました。寝具も清潔感がありました。フロントの男性は荷物を運んでくれたり、近くの美味しいお店を教えてくれたりと、本当に親切でした。朝食のワンタンと目玉焼きは、まるで手作りのように香ばしく、本当に美味しかったです。チェックアウトの際には、お水をお持ちしましょうかと声をかけてくださったりと、心遣いが本当に嬉しかったです。次回もまた泊まりたいです。

The room is spacious and modern. The hotel is very new and has free WiFi and free laundry machine usage. The staff is very polite and helpful. The entrance may be a bit hard to find. It shares location with other hotels in the mega-complex. The entrance is just around the corner of another major brand hotel. The hotel is connected to a four story shopping mall with plenty of food choices. I see a lot of families around the area

Excellent visit to Taishan and this Fairfield Marriott has to be a hotel of 1st choice. This is a new hotel that opened in 2025 in Taishan’s newer residential areas. Responsive service although language-wise, front desk communicates best in Putonghua. Their Cantonese is average and English is poor (but they try). This is a weak point as many visitors may be overseas Taishanese where English may be the 1st language. Rooms were large and comfortable. They are well-designed, making use of sliding glass panels to demarcate private toilet/shower area from the bedroom area. I paid a bit more for a corner room which had large windows on two walls (North-Easterly Aspect), improved glass panel design features and a separate table/desk with chair and light for getting work done. Room design comes with a long Oakwood and Marble shelf which runs the length of the suite which was very useful for placing luggage and for visitor seating. Restaurant is excellent with Chinese, local Taishan delicacies and Western food choices. Washer-dryer facilities are excellent and on-screen TV gives a realtime update of laundry room machine availability - the first that I have seen this in a hotel, but makes sense. Hotel adjoins a very large 4 floor shopping centre with all of the shopping that you might want, and multiple food options.

部屋のエアコンは十分強力です！私はカーペットが敷いていない床の方が清潔なので好きです。ベッドには枕が一つしかありません。冷蔵庫の設定はありません。外に洗濯物を干すためのバルコニーがありますが、4階のランドリールームにある洗濯機はかなり古いです。バスルームのシャワーは水圧も強くてとても快適です！徒歩約15分で、近くにはショッピングを楽しめる長大昌広場があります。最後に、フロントデスクの 2 人のウェイターの態度がプロフェッショナルではないと感じました。チェックインの際、私が理解できないことや、明確に説明できないことがあり、彼らは私をからかっていて、ゲストに対して非常に失礼でした。二度とここには泊まりません。

友人たちと初めて国立公園内のホテルに宿泊しました。移動の手間を省きたかったのですが、このホテルは本当に素晴らしかったです。当初、景勝地内のホテルは入場料込みでごく普通だろうと思っていましたが、チェックインしてみると全く違いました。ホテルの入り口にはシャトルバスがあり、部屋は広々としていて比較的新しいアメニティが揃っていて、リゾートのような雰囲気でした。また、ハウスキーパーが誤ってドアのボタンを（ごく軽く）押し間違えたのですが、私たちが声をかけると、とても丁寧に謝罪してくれました。以前泊まったあるブランドホテルとは全く対照的でした。荷物預かり所の若い女性もとても親切で、チェックアウトの際にはシャトルバスのことを教えてくれ、歩いて出たいと言うと丁寧に道順を説明してくれました。全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。唯一の小さな欠点は、窓の防音性がもう少し改善されれば良かったということです。日中は少し外の音がうるさかったです。

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

チカンリゾート内にあるロケーションでこのホテルを選びました。ホテルの標準では、非常に限られた設備。2 つのブロックは、並んで配置された 2 つの学習テーブル、2 つのスーパー シングル ベッド、ランドリー用の大きなバルコニー、ワードローブ 2 つのユニットを備えたセットアップとして、ホテルの従業員のホステルだったと思います。ホテルの向かいに物件があるのを見たので、同じ物件の3ブロックがホテルの従業員によって占有されており、バルコニーにぶら下がっているすべての洗濯物を見ています。 とにかく、彼らはレンタルするのが良いビューを持つ2ブロックを変換しました.ビジネス収入と色、複数の部屋のための良いアイデアは、有名なイカゲームの印象を与えてくれました.

I had a pleasant stay at the Manley Hotel during my visit to Taishan. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, helpful, and made the experience feel welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options just steps away. Even if you need to head into downtown Taishan, taxis are easy to find and very affordable, making it simple to get around the city. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great, though it’s worth noting that it’s entirely Chinese cuisine—something I personally enjoyed, especially for an authentic local experience. The downside was the laundry dryer— There was only one dryer for 3 washing machines, it didn’t work very efficiently and took about six hours to dry a single load, which was a bit frustrating. The Wi-Fi was also very unreliable, it would connect and then drop constantly. Even when it would work, the speeds would fluctuate. Overall, I’d recommend the Manley Hotel for its excellent service, local charm, and convenient location.
