The location is convenient for visiting Bipenggou Scenic Area. Staff are warm, friendly, and very helpful, making guests feel welcome. The hotel provide family-friendly amenities and comfortable atmosphere make it ideal for us in seeking nature and comfort. Highly recommended. Perfect choice near scenic Bipenggou area always.

The place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.

I had a wonderful stay at Namu Lake Resort in Bipenggou. My room had a direct mountain view and waking up to such beautiful scenery was truly memorable. The complimentary Chinese New Year's Eve buffet was a lovely surprise. The food was delicious and the festive atmosphere made the experience even more special. I also appreciated the thoughtful horse soft toy given as a welcome gift for the Year of the Horse. The resort offers a premium and unique experience in Bipenggou. However, transportation arrangements in the area can be challenging, especially for guests who are not self-driving. It would be helpful if the resort could provide clearer guidance or assistance to make arrival and departure smoother. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the hospitality.
