Usually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter. In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring. What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags. The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated. The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in. Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

Clean and comfortable, heating during winter pretty comfortable. Good hot water pressure during showering. Simple breakfast but still acceptable. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Miss 杨美, really made my stay enjoyable. The mountain view from the room can be very beautiful. This is my first choice hotel when visiting Lixian. The hotel is close to the Bipenggol park. And you can ask the hotel to send and pick you up from the park (free). The staffs are very nice and helpful. They will help you to book the car back to Chengdu (if you request). And they have the women staff, her name is Wendy. She speaks English very well and always help us about the language issues and everything while we were staying at the hotel.

Excellent hotel with superb service. During check-in, our receptionist Da Tingting 大婷婷 was very prompt in assigning room and provided us all the information to explore the resort. We added wechat to communicate during our stay and she was very fast to respond to our requests, including asking for more bottles of water than provided, setting up our room's hot spring for us and also arranging for buggy ride to the main building for breakfast next morning. She also extended our checkout by 1 hour upon requests. Ramada Guergou is the best hotel we stayed at during our Chuanxi roadtrip. The breakfast had variety and quality. And the experience here is definitely worth the money spent.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The resort is located inside the scenic area, and the staff arranged convenient pick-up from the park entrance. Our room was luxurious, complete with a private hot spring pool and stunning mountain views right from the window. Shuttle service to the main park area was well organized and made exploring easy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. While dining options on-site are limited, in-room dining was affordable and easy to order through WeChat. Overall, an exceptional experience — couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Bipenggou!

這次入住梵拉圖畢棚溝二店，整體體驗直接拉滿！衞生、環境、服務、設施全五星完全不誇張。房間打掃得特別乾淨，細節都處理得很好，完全沒有衞生死角，住着特別舒服。酒店環境超讚，離景區近，位置很方便，周圍安靜不吵，晚上休息質量很高。 服務也特別貼心，工作人員都很熱情周到，不管是入住還是退房都很順暢，有什麼問題找他們都能很快解決。房間設施也很齊全，全屋地暖在山裡真的太實用了，暖乎乎的超舒服，床品也很軟，睡得很香。而且酒店寵物友好，帶毛孩子來也完全沒有壓力，體驗感直接加分。這次獨自旅行住得特別安心又舒心，強烈推薦給來畢棚溝的朋友！
