So good, very new hotel with good amenities and facilities. Warm floor. It’s a family business owner was so nice. All functions in the room were so good, warm fan in the toilet, heater on the floor. Room is very clean . Best stay in this trip love Big twin bed :))

Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Hot spring is very nice with 4 pools available. Breakfast has variaty of food to choose and it's very nice. Recommended.

Hotel is very beutiful, comfortable, convenient and super clean, Staff were helpful and nice. We got the upgrading room, big and warm with river views, staff also gave us a bath-foam and warm pads. Food all delicious, we ate chicken soup, steamed fish with soy sauce, and sweet and sour pork bones. 絶好のロケーション、新しくて清潔な設備、ベッドシーツの下に温かい毛布がある超快適なベッドなので、ヒーターからの乾いた空気はありません。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。ハイライトは間違いなくトイレでした私が中国で見た中で最高の、暖かい席があります!間違いなく戻ってこの場所を強くお勧めします。👍

The place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.

At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance. All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent.

這次入住梵拉圖畢棚溝二店，整體體驗直接拉滿！衞生、環境、服務、設施全五星完全不誇張。房間打掃得特別乾淨，細節都處理得很好，完全沒有衞生死角，住着特別舒服。酒店環境超讚，離景區近，位置很方便，周圍安靜不吵，晚上休息質量很高。 服務也特別貼心，工作人員都很熱情周到，不管是入住還是退房都很順暢，有什麼問題找他們都能很快解決。房間設施也很齊全，全屋地暖在山裡真的太實用了，暖乎乎的超舒服，床品也很軟，睡得很香。而且酒店寵物友好，帶毛孩子來也完全沒有壓力，體驗感直接加分。這次獨自旅行住得特別安心又舒心，強烈推薦給來畢棚溝的朋友！
