Great location set back from the main road and the rooms have great views of the local area. The staff were very quick to respond to all of my messages. The room is modern and well-designed. I just can't understand why the towels they provide are so poor quality. One reason why people choose this kind of hotel instead of the cheaper hotels in the area is for the quality of the facilities, especially towels. But the ones they have here are single-use, very thin towels that do not really dry you at all. Apart from that, it is an excellent place to stay. The nearby Nobu cafe is also a highlight of this area.

The hotel is very nice with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was clean and the view was just as good as shown in the pictures. The service was excellent. The hotel even arranged a pick-up service, and the staff took very good care of us throughout our stay, which made everything very convenient and comfortable. This place is highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to do just a one-day trip and rush back. Staying here allows you to fully enjoy the area and relax. Hotel is very beutiful, comfortable, convenient and super clean, Staff were helpful and nice. We got the upgrading room, big and warm with river views, staff also gave us a bath-foam and warm pads. Food all delicious, we ate chicken soup, steamed fish with soy sauce, and sweet and sour pork bones. The place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The resort is located inside the scenic area, and the staff arranged convenient pick-up from the park entrance. Our room was luxurious, complete with a private hot spring pool and stunning mountain views right from the window. Shuttle service to the main park area was well organized and made exploring easy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. While dining options on-site are limited, in-room dining was affordable and easy to order through WeChat. Overall, an exceptional experience — couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Bipenggou!
