ゲゲスト汕頭の黄河路にあるオールシーズンズホテルは、4泊5日の滞在にとても満足しました。部屋は広く、毎日掃除されていました。フロントのスタッフはとても静かでした。駐車場も広くて車で行くのにとても便利でした。近くの飲食店街である珠江街までは徒歩わずか10分です。最初にホテルを選びましたが、決してがっかりすることはありません。強くお勧めします。

I booked this hotel primarily for its fantastic location near the food scene. It is incredibly convenient to get to **Zhujiang Food Street**: just turn left from the hotel’s main entrance, walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the traffic light, turn left, and you are right there!
🛎️ Service
The customer service here is exceptional. Both the front desk and the housekeeping teams were incredibly friendly and welcoming—a huge thank you to everyone! Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
🧺 Amenities Comparison
That said, when comparing the specific amenities—particularly the washing machine and dryer facilities—with the **Mehood Lestie Flagship Hotel (Shantou MixC)**, I still prefer the MixC location.

I am highly satisfied with the customer service standards across the Mehood Lestie brand. Their staff truly makes a difference and always ensures we feel welcome. After two separate stays with the Mehood Lestie group, they will definitely be our top choice whenever we visit China in the future.
🥢 Bonus Food Recommendation!
Don't miss the shop right next door to the hotel selling rice noodle rolls (*zhu chang fen*) and *har gao* (shrimp dumplings). We ended up eating there for three consecutive days! The *har gao*, in particular, was exceptional—chewy, soft, and surprisingly juicy. Unlike the drier, prawn-only versions you usually get, these were incredibly moist and packed with flavor. Highly recommended!

ゲゲストThe hotel is wonderful, the service, the interiors, and literally everything. BUT. There are a few annoying little things: a corporate video with a song constantly plays in the elevator and lobby, and after several uses a day, it literally gets stuck in my head. It irritates me that someone is recording songs in my head without my knowledge. The light controls in the room are very inconvenient - they are very bright and turn on by themselves with the slightest movement. The bright light at night disrupts my sleep, and it literally irritates and infuriates me when it is constantly on. I am also irritated by the TV, which turns on every time I enter the room. I don't like any unnecessary details that disrupt my focus and distract me. I have to spend an extra action to find the remote and turn it off. Also, during cleaning, the staff throws away my disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste every day. This is yet another unnecessary action that I have to do to brush my teeth - open a new package, open a tube of toothpaste, and do this every day.

The loft apartment showcases a striking modern design that is both artistic and inviting, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Its convenient location is another significant advantage; situated near a variety of local and international dining options, the property is merely a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed railway station and the largest shopping district in the area. This makes it perfect for both culinary exploration and retail therapy.
A delightful highlight of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast for two. This included delicious Chinese dim sum alongside both sweet and salted soya milk, providing a wonderful start to the day. While there is no conventional television in the apartment, the presence of a projector, which supports in-app movies and screen mirroring for Apple and Android devices, offers a unique and enjoyable alternative for entertainment. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with an appropriate number of guest amenities and bathing necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
However, there were some drawbacks that warrant attention. One significant concern was the extremely slippery bathroom floor, which could pose safety risks. The addition of an anti-slip mat would greatly enhance guest safety. Furthermore, I found the storage water heater to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly during winter. Waiting 20 minutes for hot water after each shower was frustrating, especially for those who prefer longer showers.
Lastly, as an apartment without a reception area, the check-in process could benefit from clearer instructions. A more straightforward guide for guests would be advantageous.
In conclusion, while the accommodation offers numerous appealing features, addressing these noted drawbacks would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

花多点钱住此一点遗憾也不在！
両親、兄弟と私は4人用の部屋に合計3泊しました。
専用の中庭と内装のある美しく上品に装飾された宿泊施設です。ベッドと羽毛布団は特に18〜22度の肌寒い天候でとても快適でした。この場所の清潔さに関して文句を言うような明らかな点は見当たらなかったので、清潔さは5/5です。
ロケーションは完璧です（5/5）。評価の高い飲食店が並ぶ通りのすぐそばで、万象城ショッピングモール（レストラン、高級店、小売店など）のすぐ近くです。とにかく、汕頭周辺のタクシーは本当に便利で、早く、手頃です。他の高層住宅街に囲まれていますが、ドアを閉めれば外の騒音はほとんど聞こえませんでした。
サービスも5/5です。鉄道駅からの無料送迎サービスがあります。毎日新鮮なフルーツが届けられ、チキンスープもあります。無料のランドリーサービスもあり、本当にありがたかったです。スタッフはいつも喜んでお手伝いし、おすすめを教えてくれました。私たちは彼らのホスピタリティを本当に感じましたし、彼らは可能な限り最高のサービスを提供しようと心から努力しています。
アメニティも5/5です。ヘアドライヤーはLaifenブランドで、とても丈夫で見た目も洗練されています。再利用可能なタオルに加えて使い捨てタオルも用意されています。スリッパはふわふわで快適です。必要なものはすべて揃っています。
おまけ：彼らの飼い猫とその子猫はかわいいです!!!
全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。また汕頭を訪れることがあれば、また泊まりたいと思います。改善点：(1) 朝食の選択肢をもっと増やしてほしい（3泊しましたが、朝食の選択肢がいくつかあると良いと思いました）、(2) シャワージェル、シャンプー、コンディショナーが少し注ぎにくいので、プレスボトルの使用を検討してみてはいかがでしょうか。

ゲゲストCharming hotel decorated in a style reminiscent of the early 20th century. Location is great for exploring the old town and the harbour. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. Room was very comfortable and well appointed for the price. Although at level 2 and facing the street, the noise level was acceptable. It peaks in the afternoon and gets quiet at night. Must add that the staff have been extremely helpful. Will return in future.

ゲゲストOur first time visiting Shantou. This hotel is close to the train station. Basically you can see the train station from the hotel room window. However walking there especially dragging along with the suitcases is a bit of a challenge. We hired a taxi and the fee was 30 Yuen. We were quite surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel room and the hotel itself. We asked for a non smoking room but there was an ash tray in the room but no cigarette smoke smell. The front desk said there is an ash tray in every room. I guess it's a general practice here. I have to mention that the staffs here were super friendly and with lots of patience. We got advices to where to eat, sight seeing, buying train tickets etc. It's like having a guardian behind you, ready to help. The room fee was relatively inexpensive in terms of the big room size, nice modern washroom facility with plenty of clean towels, nice big clean bed. We extended the stay, relaxed in the room and tried the local foods around the hotel area (plenty restaurants in walking distance). Big shopping malls are within walking distance. So far we are very happy with the hotel especially with the front dest staffs and the room service staff. Definitely we will choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you and keep it up.
