とても素晴らしい
ゲゲストホテルの部屋はとても清潔で広としています。レセプションのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。フライトは夕方なので、ホテルはレイトチェックアウトのリクエストに同意しました。チェックアウト後、レセプションのスタッフが私たちが軽食を食べていることに気づいたとき、レストランに座るように申し出ました。ホテルの場所は素晴らしいです、珠江フードストリートが徒歩圏内にあります。朝食をとれるフードアウトレットもあります。次回の訪問中にこのホテルを予約します。

ゲゲスト汕頭の黄河路にあるオールシーズンズホテルは、4泊5日の滞在にとても満足しました。部屋は広く、毎日掃除されていました。フロントのスタッフはとても静かでした。駐車場も広くて車で行くのにとても便利でした。近くの飲食店街である珠江街までは徒歩わずか10分です。最初にホテルを選びましたが、決してがっかりすることはありません。強くお勧めします。

I booked this hotel primarily for its fantastic location near the food scene. It is incredibly convenient to get to **Zhujiang Food Street**: just turn left from the hotel’s main entrance, walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the traffic light, turn left, and you are right there!
🛎️ Service
The customer service here is exceptional. Both the front desk and the housekeeping teams were incredibly friendly and welcoming—a huge thank you to everyone! Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
🧺 Amenities Comparison
That said, when comparing the specific amenities—particularly the washing machine and dryer facilities—with the **Mehood Lestie Flagship Hotel (Shantou MixC)**, I still prefer the MixC location.
🏨 Brand Impression
I am highly satisfied with the customer service standards across the Mehood Lestie brand. Their staff truly makes a difference and always ensures we feel welcome. After two separate stays with the Mehood Lestie group, they will definitely be our top choice whenever we visit China in the future.
🥢 Bonus Food Recommendation!
Don't miss the shop right next door to the hotel selling rice noodle rolls (*zhu chang fen*) and *har gao* (shrimp dumplings). We ended up eating there for three consecutive days! The *har gao*, in particular, was exceptional—chewy, soft, and surprisingly juicy. Unlike the drier, prawn-only versions you usually get, these were incredibly moist and packed with flavor. Highly recommended!

AAlan_kohStayed 5 days at Sheraton Shantou. The breakfast had good variety and the rooms were clean with a nice ambience. Overall, the stay was comfortable.
However, service standards need improvement for a 5-star hotel. Firstly, management may want to place greater emphasis on a ”customer first” mindset among staff. On several occasions, staff did not greet guests in the lobby or in the lift. At times, staff would exit the lift before guests without holding the door. While these may seem like small gestures, they significantly impact the overall guests experience, especially at a hotel of this standard.
Secondly, the WiFi connection for international mobile phones was very poor. The connection was unstable and slow, which was inconvenient.

The loft apartment showcases a striking modern design that is both artistic and inviting, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Its convenient location is another significant advantage; situated near a variety of local and international dining options, the property is merely a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed railway station and the largest shopping district in the area. This makes it perfect for both culinary exploration and retail therapy.
A delightful highlight of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast for two. This included delicious Chinese dim sum alongside both sweet and salted soya milk, providing a wonderful start to the day. While there is no conventional television in the apartment, the presence of a projector, which supports in-app movies and screen mirroring for Apple and Android devices, offers a unique and enjoyable alternative for entertainment. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with an appropriate number of guest amenities and bathing necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
However, there were some drawbacks that warrant attention. One significant concern was the extremely slippery bathroom floor, which could pose safety risks. The addition of an anti-slip mat would greatly enhance guest safety. Furthermore, I found the storage water heater to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly during winter. Waiting 20 minutes for hot water after each shower was frustrating, especially for those who prefer longer showers.
Lastly, as an apartment without a reception area, the check-in process could benefit from clearer instructions. A more straightforward guide for guests would be advantageous.
In conclusion, while the accommodation offers numerous appealing features, addressing these noted drawbacks would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

KKewalinI’ve been here for five night, the food was great but same recipe every single day.  this hotel just renovated it’s nice. But in the room has really strong smoke smell which is same as other hotel around here. The maid was really nice.

花多点钱住此一点遗憾也不在！
両親、兄弟と私は4人用の部屋に合計3泊しました。
専用の中庭と内装のある美しく上品に装飾された宿泊施設です。ベッドと羽毛布団は特に18〜22度の肌寒い天候でとても快適でした。この場所の清潔さに関して文句を言うような明らかな点は見当たらなかったので、清潔さは5/5です。
ロケーションは完璧です（5/5）。評価の高い飲食店が並ぶ通りのすぐそばで、万象城ショッピングモール（レストラン、高級店、小売店など）のすぐ近くです。とにかく、汕頭周辺のタクシーは本当に便利で、早く、手頃です。他の高層住宅街に囲まれていますが、ドアを閉めれば外の騒音はほとんど聞こえませんでした。
サービスも5/5です。鉄道駅からの無料送迎サービスがあります。毎日新鮮なフルーツが届けられ、チキンスープもあります。無料のランドリーサービスもあり、本当にありがたかったです。スタッフはいつも喜んでお手伝いし、おすすめを教えてくれました。私たちは彼らのホスピタリティを本当に感じましたし、彼らは可能な限り最高のサービスを提供しようと心から努力しています。
アメニティも5/5です。ヘアドライヤーはLaifenブランドで、とても丈夫で見た目も洗練されています。再利用可能なタオルに加えて使い捨てタオルも用意されています。スリッパはふわふわで快適です。必要なものはすべて揃っています。
おまけ：彼らの飼い猫とその子猫はかわいいです!!!
全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。また汕頭を訪れることがあれば、また泊まりたいと思います。改善点：(1) 朝食の選択肢をもっと増やしてほしい（3泊しましたが、朝食の選択肢がいくつかあると良いと思いました）、(2) シャワージェル、シャンプー、コンディショナーが少し注ぎにくいので、プレスボトルの使用を検討してみてはいかがでしょうか。

FFeilaizouguohailangdeniaoer酒店在朝陽區，離市中心距離比較遠。但酒店新開的還是比較乾淨的，打的還是比較方便的。衞生間馬桶不是智能的。有自助洗衣房出門在外洗衣服比較方便。早餐一般般吧，不是很好吃，吃飽沒問題。希爾頓管理模式還是蠻好的👌
