We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Easy check in. Perfect location. Wonderful views from the sea facing rooms. Very close to Magalluf Strip but also within walking distance of bars and restaurants of Palmanova. Bit of a steep hill in front of the hotel, but manageable if mobile. Food and drinks in the hotel of good quality and reasonably priced. All staff are very friendly and accommodating, particularly Ian, the manager, who makes a point of speaking with every resident during the day, around the poolside. Resident DJ plays chilled tunes all day beside the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel for adults of all ages, and will definitely return again soon. Thank you.

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Hotel was centrally located for bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk as well as the beach. Room was a good size and staff were friendly especially at the bar by the pool.

I had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool. So I absolutely loved this floor for my room. I was a solo girl traveller and I felt super safe, all the staff are so polite even the life guard who helped me take a few pictures. The housekeeping was very polite always stocked up the fridge with water and juice also keeping the room so clean I’ve never seen such clean hotel. I honestly could not fault anything about the hotel it was just such an amazing experience and I will definitely be only going there for my future trips.
