WWeTravels LimitedWe were welcomed with a treat being our wedding anniversary. The facilities in the hotel are good and there is on site parking for just £5 a day. The breakfast menu is great and offers anything you would like to have at breakfast. A gym is available and a bar too. The staff are friendly and prompt. I Highly recommend.

ゲゲストI have used this to visit my son at uni in nottingham. I had a double room that was very clean, tidy and the size you expect from this type of location. The checking in, parking and general process was brilliant and very easy. The venue is slightly out of the city centre (which I wanted to avoid lots of noise). Really can't fault a thing and will absolutly use again on my next visit.

ゲゲストIn general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude.
However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep.
When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic.
Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged.
Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.

RRebecca 邓心宜Lovely stay! Breakfast was really good too. And the man who greeted us at breakfast was extremely friendly. He deserves a raise for bringing in so much positivity. Overall 10/10 for our stay. Even with the rowdy neighbour who got arrested next door!

Trip.comの側からの予約に問題があり、デューティマネージャーのデクランはタイムリーなマナーで解決することができ、またいくつかの素敵なチャットで非常に楽しい待ち時間を作った。
スタッフは素敵で、バー/フードサービスの2人の若い女性とデクランも含まれていました。残念ながら、女の子の名前は得られませんでした。
建物は見事で、美しい森に囲まれており、散歩に最適です。
部屋は少し古いですが、なぜあなたはあなたの部屋ですべての時間を過ごしたいのですか?快適な睡眠をするのに十分な以上。
私はそれをインストールすることはできません。
全体的に素敵な夜と朝食をとって散歩する快適な朝。絶対にお勧めします。
