Five minutes from the railway station. Very modern and well maintained. A short walk from the City Center. The fitness center/spa/pool/ sauna is excellent.

As we were staying for one night only we weren't TOO fussy. We got a family room which was also kitted out for wheelchair user. Our view was of a tall, solid concrete wall. Friends stayed in a bright, sunny room looking out over the harbour.. Choose your room carefully if you are staying for a while and like a pleasant view. Breakfast was just okay. I had poached eggs on avocado, peanut rayu and sourdough. Felt it had too many flavours. Would like to have seen some simple breakfast options on the menu. Several dishes served with hollandaise sauce. I also noticed a few flies hovering around the food area. Would not rush to stay there again even though location was fabulous looking out over the harbour.

Rochestown Park Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Check in was smooth as was checking out. We used the leisure facilities and was given towels to use and the lockers were combination locks; so no need to have coins on you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We added breakfast when we arrived; which was €12.95 for continental breakfast or €17.50 for full Irish with continental included.

The hotel staff were all extremely friendly, polite, accommodating & went out of their way to ensure that our time with them was most enjoyable. The room was very neat, tidy and comfortable. Located within walking distance to the city centre, we were able to see more than we’d initially anticipated. Thanks for your kindness. Highly recommended!
