The beds are incredibly uncomfortable if it's not a new hotel. The minibar has not even been put in a free water. Breakfast is average for hotels of these standards. Those who put a single coffee machine in a single coffee machine are their turn every morning you know. There's no one to inform you. You need to learn yourself. とても素敵な滞在ができました。唯一残念だったのは、換気が期待どおりに機能しなかったことです。チェックアウトしようとしたとき、チェックアウト時間までまだ5分ほど残っていたのですが、掃除が終わってからドアを開けただけでした。私たちが答えたとき、待つ代わりにノックを1回したところ、ドアが開いて、私たちが「ああ、ごめんなさい」と言い、再びドアを閉めたのを見て、非常に不快に感じました、そのようなホテルの標準的なサービスとはあまり感じません。

Well everything besides our check out experience was great. Really great! Then when checking out, we had 3 interactions with the reception about checking out prior to checking out. and only the one at 12:30 (when checking out with luggage and all), we were told to pay a 200SEK late-fee, which I was then told could’ve been even higher and that I should be thankful they didn’t charge me double… Not nice - and we had 3 interactions prior to this for this exact reason. I wanted to work out first and then shower in the room before leaving. If we were told the first time about the late check out fee; we would’ve checked out then and there. I complained about this practice, to deaf ears. Not coming back despite it being very nice and perfect for a Liseberg weekend with the family

I was staying on 8-9 september for 1 night. Facilities in the hotel are surprisingly good and the sauna was perfect. Room are nice and tidy. Toilets are a bit small but its clean and have everything you need. The breakfast have a wide range of selections with hot and cold plates. Specially appreciate Susanne, Iren & Andita showing us useful informations in the area by patiently answering our questions and showing exceptional Standard of customer service. Will be staying in the same hotel if I'm travelling to Sweden again.

Everything was perfect from the location to the service, there wasn’t a single thing that could have been improved upon. Would stay here again

中央駅、トラムとバスの停留所、そしてスーパーマーケットに近い、素晴らしい立地です。部屋は全体的に清潔で、食事（朝食、フィーカ、夕食）も美味しかったです。ベジタリアン向けのメニューがあるのも嬉しいです。素晴らしい滞在でした。ヨーテボリを訪れる機会があれば、またここに泊まりたいと思っています。

ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、海辺にあり、各観光スポットへも徒歩圏内でした。これらの要素を比較検討した上で、このホテルを選びました。 しかし、ホテルは大規模で部屋数が多いため、チェックイン時に不便な部屋に案内される可能性があります。私たちの部屋は出口から非常に遠く、ほぼ最奥の位置だったと思われます。そのため、ホテルの正面が港に面している景色を全く楽しむことができませんでした（位置図の緑の線がホテルの正面、私の部屋は赤い点の場所でした）。 さらに悪いことに、廊下の連結部分にはかなりの段差があり、荷物を運んでの往復は、大変なものだったと容易に想像できます。足の怪我が治りきっていない者にとっては、何度も往復することによるリスクも増大しました。 2泊しましたが、初日は満室で対応できないという説明は理解できました。しかし、2日目になっても、より近い部屋への変更は一切不可能だと回答されたのは理解に苦しみます。携程（シートリップ）を通じて何度も交渉しましたが進展はなく、これはホテル側のサービスにおける傲慢さ、あるいは顧客に対する差別だとしか思えません。このホテルを選ぶ際は慎重になることをお勧めします。

The perfect choice, the wireless network signal is very good, the bath water is very large, the price is not expensive, the cost performance is super high, the breakfast is rich, and it is delicious, clean and hygienic, the service attitude is very good, and the luggage can be stored. It is really highly recommended! !

Chalmers 대학 출장 차 스웨덴에 방문하여 이 호텔에 머물렀습니다. 오전 11시에 도착하는 바람에 짐만 맡겨두고 나가려고 했는데, 오전에도 체크인이 가능하여 편했습니다. 직원분들은 모두 친절했고, 헬스장이나 세탁기, 조식 뷔페 및 식당 등 편의 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 약 일주일간 묵는 동안 조식 메뉴가 변하지 않아 조금 아쉬웠지만 맛은 좋았습니다. 호텔 주변이 한적한 분위기라 조용했고, 15분에서 20분 정도 걸어서 나가면 중심지가 나왔습니다. 다음에 다시 출장을 오더라도 같은 숙소에서 묵고 싶습니다.

這個酒店在火車中心站東邊十分走路路程，很不起眼的轉盤邊，但是已經被併為了一個酒店集團，而且裝修過，所以很不錯，有門禁，首次按門鈴就好，電梯是老式的。 房間不大，五臟俱全，適合兩個人或是更多人，一個人的話也行，價格稍微貴些。 一樓前台裏面走是圖片的內容，24小時的咖啡餅乾和果汁，房間裏面沒有水，下來喝就可以。 早餐挺好的，種類還可以，也是一樓喝水的地方，下午4點到晚9點還提供麪粉供客人自助做華夫餅吃，麪粉已經都做成了麪糊，客人衹需要按照自的口味添加華夫餅的餡兒，至於如何製作隨便搜個視頻學下 總之，新裝修的，還算安靜，中心站十分鐘走過去，旁邊有電車站，早餐，價格在500內可以選擇，但是這裏不是市區，外面不熱鬧，超市也衹有一家coop，吃飯的更少。所以，各取所需吧
