The Oberoi Mumbai is absolutely superb! First, there's the location: right ***** Nariman Point, across the street from the Arabian Sea. The hotel's service is stellar and highly personalized. The rooms are exceptional. And the breakfast--top tier. Highly recommend!

ロケーションは最高です。 部屋は全体的に清潔ですが、家具の一部は古くなってきているようで、部屋のカーペットにはシミや嫌な臭いがたくさんあり、非常に不快です。 素晴らしい景色です。 レストランの食事はまあまあですが、カクテル アワーの料理は格別です。 フロント オフィスとの請求に多くの問題があり、追加料金を請求されたのは残念でした (私が指摘した後、取り消されました)。しかし、5 つ星ホテルではこのようなトラブルは予想されません。 全体的に、市内には同じ (またはそれより安い) 価格ではるかに優れたサービスを提供できるタージ チェーンの選択肢が複数あることをお勧めします。

It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

クルーズの前に一泊しました。 ホテルは古めかしいですが居心地が良いです。窓からは隣の建物が見えたので静かでした。飛行機のせいで前夜は眠れなかったが、やっと眠れた。バスルームにはデンタルキットがあり、部屋にはお茶セットと水があります。 朝食は珍しいですが、適切なものを選ぶことができます。 予約時に安かったものも、写真で見るともっと悲惨に見えました。 とても便利な場所です。私たちはすべての名所を徒歩で回りました。近くにはチャーチゲート駅があり、そこからドービー・ガート洗濯場やダラヴィのスラム街に行くことができます。 唯一気に入らなかったのは、私たちが部屋に入ると、抵抗したにもかかわらず、スーツケースと手をひったくられて部屋まで運ばれそうになったことと、部屋まで連れて行かれたときに100ルピーを渡したのに、ポーターはまるで1ルピーを渡したかのように私たちを見たことです。私たちは彼のサービスを必要としなかったので、お金を一切引き出しませんでした。

金曜日、土曜日と2泊した。1階がクラブで、20時くらいから26時くらいまでかなり爆音で音楽が響いていた。クラブ好きにはおすすめ。 インド門や各観光名所には近いため良いが、寝不足では辛い。 部屋の窓は鍵がない。容易に侵入可能。 バスルームはシャワーの水圧はほどほど、窓は完全に閉まらないタイプ、網戸がなく虫が入りやすい。 トイレットペーパーはない。歯ブラシはない。ボディーソープ、シャンプーはある。コンディショナーはない。 朝食は種類が豊富ではないが、まずくはない。 朝食会場はかなりわかりにくいところにある。 朝食会場スタッフはぶっきらぼうだが、気が効いて親切。 朝、部屋の入り口には新聞が置かれていた。 ホテル廊下や階段は比較的清掃されている。 PC作業デスクはあるが、椅子が高い。

The bed was great, perfect after a full day working. Breakfast had too many good options, lot’s of western style dishes.
