一週間滞在しました。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、サービスは素晴らしかった。私が経験した中で最高。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、何か必要な場合はいつでも喜んでお手伝いします。 朝食と昼食をとったとき、食べ物は良かった。ほとんどのダイナーを満足させる幅広い選択肢。 警備員からの挨拶から、ポーターからフロントデスク、レストラン、清掃チームまで、すべてが素晴らしかったです。 場所は、下尾原駅線2Aのすぐ隣にあり、良かったです。南ムンバイと北への旅行や接続にも最適です。 私たちの滞在に満足し、仲間の旅行者にお勧めします。 見て ヒテシュ

Not too fancy. they have what you would need for a business stay. Gym is too small. 99% Breakfast is catered only for Indians. Wish there was more Western options for other travellers.

This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel snd the service is very good. Location of the hotel is convenient too and very near CSMIA T2 airport. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is local cuisine and sumptuous and fresh. Even the restaurant staff service is good. The room that we stayed in was well maintained and clean with comfortable bed and AC. Will consider staying in this hotel in my future trips.

ラディソン・ムンバイでの滞在は、良い時も悪い時もありました。部屋は快適でしたが、進行中の工事が大きな問題でした。騒音はひっきりなしに続き、ある日は部屋のすぐ隣でハンマーの音が鳴り響き、休息も睡眠もまともに取れませんでした。 特にイライラさせられたのは、GOMAレストランでの体験です。コース料理を注文し、事前に分量について具体的に尋ねたところ、各分量は1人分だと説明されたにもかかわらず、料理が運ばれてきたら2人分以上ありました。メインコースとその他の料理は食べきれず、キャンセルせざるを得ませんでした。それにもかかわらず、コース料金全額を請求されました。分量を正確にお客様に伝えるのはレストランの義務であり、このコミュニケーション不足が、残念な食事体験につながりました。 とはいえ、他のエリアのスタッフは本当に素晴らしかったです。レストランのシヴァムとヴィジャイは非常に気配りが行き届いており、いつもの注文を常に覚えてくれていたり、仕事に急いでいるときにコーヒーを淹れてくれたりと、いつも気配りをしてくれました。ムサファー・レストランのジェイティンさんは、ランチパックの手配に大変協力的で、いつも美味しい料理を用意してくれて、私たちの好みにも細やかに配慮してくれました。ルームサービス担当のアルジュンさんは、常に丁寧でフレンドリーな対応で、毎回の食事のデリバリーも快適なものにしてくれました。 ホテルには課題もありましたが、これらのスタッフの尽力のおかげで、滞在はより充実したものになりました。

Hotel Heritage in Mumbai offers a delightful stay with warm hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, and a perfect central location. A great value for money — highly recommended!

滞在中のハイライトの一つは、ホテルのレストランでの食事でした。料理は美味しく、美しく盛り付けられていました。サービスは一流で、静かでリラックスしたディナーにぴったりの雰囲気でした。

I will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here. I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive. So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect. The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful. The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles. The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job. Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

Always lovely to stay at this hotel, rooms (Club Myra) are superb, their food buffet is delicious, staff is very friendly and eager to help you. Also, they have a small cafe on the first floor with delightful items on the menu.

The bed was sunken and very uncomfortable to sleep in. My partner and I were literally sinking in quick sand while we tried to sleep. Breakfast was good quality.
