This is one of the best hotel we stayed on our trip to andaman and nicobar, if you are person who love quite and hilly places to stay this is your destination. Rooms are aesthetic. Very polite staff. Food is great. Nice view from restaurant. We missed our flight for booking date so we requested staff to reschedule booking(had non refundable booking) and they did (may he because rooms were available but they did. I’m very happy with their service and thanks staff suman, sum i and purvi for insuring our pleasant stay.
First of all the location ia excellent. Then i want to speak about the staff, they are very helpful & cooperative. And the quality of room is very good apart from that the quality of food is awesome. Over all 9 out of 10
SSLB26Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Matsya. The location is midway between both sides of the island and very peaceful, although it is best if you have a car/scooter rather than relying on autos. The only downside was that the WiFi was very patchy.
ゲゲストThe room and bathroom was clean but the bathroom was smelling very bad. Informed room service about it but they couldn’t resolve it. And breakfast was included in the meal but it was not a buffet option it was served on table. The food option for breakfast was very limited.
DDonovan_lOne of the nicer hotels in Port blair. The lobby is very wide and minimalist. Staff took some time to process the check in, need to take photo of our passports and the visa page.
The room is spacious, air conditioner was very powerful, bathroom was large enough too.
The hotel is walking distance to the clock tower and the Cellular jail. Food wise, the breakfast is served at the top floor and there is an average selection of Indian food items. On one day, we asked them to pack breakfast as we had an early start. They only gave us jam sandwich and some biscuits, it was bad.
MMatt_UExcellent place for a layover waiting for the ferry. Great location, convenient for a walk or for restaurants. The roof top restaurant/ bar is excellent in the evening.
SSLB26This place has the potential to be excellent, however it is extremely run down and in no way can be called a four star resort. There was no WiFi outside of the reception and nearby communal areas, the bathrooms were very dated, not to mention the sheer amount of rubbish around the beach.

ゲゲストStayed for 3 nights. No room service provided - room cleaning / sheets changing / water and other basic amenities re stocking . Food quality was excellent and service was good for room food orders. They charged us extra for late check out which we paid using a different Gpay account- Even after we requested at the time of checking in- late delay of information- just 40 mins prior check out time mentioned we have to pay 2000 rupees for late check out . Big hassle . will not recommend. You can pay extra and stay in good resorts .
