部屋は少し狭くて遮音性もあまり良くないですが、古民家をリノベーションしたのかも知れません！
朝食はビュッフェスタイルではないので、ウェイターとコミュニケーションを取る必要があり、これが難しいです。
場所は古代都市の裏側でかなり良く、バスもあるのでとても便利です！
フロントデスクは素晴らしく、歓迎してくれます。

Hotel renovado y muy céntrico. Quizás el aislamiento del exterior es mejorable. En la habitación exterior, con vistas a la ciudad, se escuchan el camión de la limpieza, la gente que habla alto, etc… Entiendo que el aislamiento es mejorable.

Locate 20 minutes car from Toledo city, much cheaper than hotels in Toledo so if you have car is a choice. Free parking nearby and they have a small parking on the ground floor that may be available. Some coffe bars and restaurant on the area. The room is clean veeery big and with a big bathtube. Compliment water provided. Check-in until 23h30 but I think they have 24 hours front desk.

ホテルはとても素敵で、大きく、部屋はとても快適です。おいしい朝食、とても豊富。スパの費用が高く、価格やその他の問題が明確ではないため、施設はほとんど使用されていません。ホテルの入り口や駐車場も不明瞭で、一部の切手で改善されています。

Chambre propre, petit déjeuner buffet copieux, par contre pas de lit double, hotel tres difficile a trouver et surtoutle personnel ne parle pas français contrairement a ce qui est annoncé mais le pire cest le personnel n'est pas sympathique du tout en plus je nai pas eu de reponse a mes questions. Nous ny retournerons pas.

Todo perfecto salvo el parking. Las plazas de la zona superior eran pocas y estaban ocupadas y me mandaron a la zona inferior que está absolutamente aislada, sin ningún tipo de vigilancia, ni siquiera una triste cámara, y a la mañana siguiente me encontré el coche lleno de vómito. Es una zona en la que el coche es fácilmente vandalizable porque está aislada y sin vigilancia.

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good.
Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

En las zonas comunes se veia bastante antiguo, pero la habitación estaba completamente remodelada. Camas grandes, cómodas, gran bañera y mobiliario de calidad. Una estancia muy buena a un precio increible.

ゲゲスト部屋はかなり広いです。古城までは車で約10分かかります。古城では駐車が困難です。大きな駐車場がある城まで移動することをお勧めします。他のエリアに駐車するのは非常に困難です。
ホテル全体の雰囲気はとても良く、朝食もとても豊富で、子供たちもとても気に入っています。

ゲゲストWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

駐車場は便利で、ホテルには有料の地下駐車場があり、近くの路上にも無料で駐車可能です。
朝食はセットメニューで、シンプルながらも美味しいです。ホテルのロビーでは、無料の軽食と種類豊富なワインをご用意しており、どれも大変美味しいです。
3階のテラスからは大聖堂の美しい景色をお楽しみいただけます。
客室はこぢんまりとしており、シングルルームはお一人様でご利用いただくのにちょうど良い広さです。

ゲゲストEl hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacion**** cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacion**** cerca.
The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.

ZZiqian超出預期的好，有露台，可以看到山上的景點，有相機的這裏最好，有免費停車場，有酒吧可以早點，不貴。房間很大，床很大，衞生間也很大，住起來很舒服，非常適合度假，但要有車才方便。

ゲゲストLas personas con las que tratamos en nuestra estancia en el hotel, fueron de lo más amables y comprensivos. El detalle del desayuno para los que no tomamos buffet, está genial, poder tomar un café y una tostada y solo pagar por ello.
Hicimos uso del gimnasio y dejo algo que desear... estaba frío y algunas de las máquinas estaban fuera de servicio.

NNoel Carpio1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

ゲゲスト旧市街の中心部に位置し、ロケーションは良好です。ホテルと客室は平均的/良好です。快適な滞在でした。しかし、朝食時のウェイトレスのサービスが悪かったため、すべてが台無しになってしまいました。ウェイトレスは冷淡で、機嫌が悪そうでした。朝食ルームはロープで閉鎖され、ウェイトレスが来てゆっくりと一人ずつ客をチェックしていました。ウェイトレスは失礼で、客に特定の食べ方を指示することさえありました。ウェイトレスの教育を徹底すれば、ホテルの評価はもっと上がるでしょう。
