ВВиктория КосОтель новый, поэтому сервис пока хромает.
При заселении нам сообщили, что бронь не оплачена, хотя все было оплачено. И почти сутки не могли решить этот вопрос, подержали нас в напряжении из-за этого.
Кондиционер, то работал, то нет. Мог ночью сам выключиться, а потом также сам и включиться. В самый разгар жары в августе - это недопустимо.
При открытом окне очень шумно.
Завтраки понравились. Симпатичный вид на город на завтраках.
Уборщицы не понимают по-английски.
Почему-то для двоих гостей ставили одну бутылочку воды 0,5л, не было тапочек, полотенца оставляют ворс, одно одеяло на двоих и к тому же без пододеяльника, что крайне неудобно и только две простыни сверху и снизу.
Это минусы.
Плюсы - достаточно чисто, приятный номер, хорошее местоположение, при раннем выезде дали с собой ланч-боксы, помогли вызвать такси.

DDonna ElisabethPhenomenal hotel!! The staff are so lovely, caring and competent. We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding. Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights. Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.
The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out. Very easy private parking for only €10 per day. The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari. The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town. Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer, Free coffee in Italy!!! Never heard of it!! The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

MmlenitskayaStayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

DDerjiaオーナーはとても礼儀正しく、部屋は黒くてシンプルなスタイルで、必要なスペアパーツは不足していません。最も特別なことは、好きな音楽を再生するために接続できるブルートゥースホーンがあることです。朝食は宿泊施設の向かいのバーにあります(選択できる2つの部屋があります)。右隅の家も私を驚かせました。とてもおいしい朝食、すべてがとても完璧です!必ず満点をあげてください!

SStefanoT新しくてとても素敵なホテルです。とても清潔です。エグゼクティブルームは設備が整っており、ニュートラルトーンで装飾されています。素敵なシャワーも良かったです。季節によっては美しいプールがあり、ビーチもすぐ近くにあります。フィエラ・デル・レヴァンテ見本市会場を訪れるのに最適です！一部の客室からはプールと海の景色を望めます。周辺は工事中です。地元の食材を使った新鮮な食材を使った美味しい朝食。素晴らしい滞在でした！

PPegI was met by the host on arrival and shown my room and the amenities and how to work the tv and blinds.Nicolo was extremely helpful, served me a delightful breakfast and even ordered my taxi at the exact time I needed it. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable. Would certainly stay there again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ゲゲストOne of the better hotel rooms we have been in. Nice open space with allot of room for the kids to play. The hygiene and comfort was excellent. The staff was also very helpfull and friendly. 100% reccommend people to go there. Dont be fooled by the outside pf the building. The hotel room inside is a hidden gem.

ゲゲストIn one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean,
In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.
I want my money back
