「In general, all was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful - they met us with tea and some sweets.
When we checked out - they guided us to the place where we could get the taxi.

「古都での心温まる滞在体験！
今回の宿泊体験は満点です！
到着した時、ちょうど古都が通行止めになっていて、車が入れませんでした。オーナーが主动的に連絡をくれ、状況を丁寧に説明し、事前に道の入り口で待っていてくれました。宿まで辛抱強く案内してくれて、コミュニケーションはとても迅速で丁寧でした。
宿の中に入ると、目に飛び込んできたのは、チリ一つなく掃除が行き届いた、とても清潔で、全体的に美しく快適な環境でした。オーナーはまた、私たちを熱心に屋上テラスに案内し、景色を紹介してくれ、さらに写真を撮ってくれると申し出てくれました。本当に心遣いが素晴らしいです。
翌日の朝食はハイライトでした。シンプルですが美味しく、特にオーナーが作った目玉焼きは絶品でした。
一番安心したのは、チェックアウト後のちょっとした出来事です。私たちはうっかりクレジットカードと個人的な洗面用具を部屋に置き忘れてしまい、後で思い出して取りに戻りました。オーナーはすでにすべての荷物を丁寧に整理し、きちんと保管してくれていて、無事に取り戻すことができました。この責任感のある態度には、本当に信頼感を覚えました。
全体として、スムーズなコミュニケーション、快適な宿泊、そして安心感のある体験でした。オーナーは丁寧で親切、宿は清潔で整頓されており、細部にまで気遣いが感じられます。非常におすすめです！」

到着時にミントティーとお菓子のサービス、そしてお部屋もとっても素敵でした！洗面台もオシャレ、照明も素敵、ドレッサーもあり、朝食もおいしい！
そしてチェックアウト後に荷物も預かっていただけて、夜タクシーが来るまで時間があったのでどうしようかな、、と思っていたところ、エントランスホールで長時間待たせていただけました。
それだけでもとってもありがたかったのに、加えてまたお茶とお菓子のサービスまで、、本当に親切でおすすめの宿です◎

JJettoSettoVery pleasant Riad, very well looked after, ideally located, within 5 mins walking to the Old Medina and car park. Additionally, very easily accessible by car for taxi transfers. Spacious rooms, clean modern toilets and showers with lockable doors, very tasteful décor, robust air conditioning system. Customer service was very good, house keeping was superb, both concierges Abu Bakr and Muhammad were very professional and kind, they communicated very well with us and took care to see to all of our needs. We thoroughly delighted over the variety and the overall quality of food at the accompanying Restaurant Soultana. Highly recommended.

The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside.
Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay.
Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

Отель невероятно красивый внутри, но комнаты крошечные, окна выходят не на улицу, а в общий холл, где постоянно находятся гости и хозяева отеля (с раннего утра в холле завтракают и звенят тарелками, а вечером до позднего вечера ужинают). В целом отель выглядит не очень чисто и опрятно, и мы даже спасались от огромного таракана одной ночью. В середине нашего отдыха мы отравились и совсем перестали ходить на завтрак (это был единственный раз за 3 месяца проведенные в Марокко)
Также жаль, что в номерах нет чайников и холодильников.

ゲゲストMy stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager.
We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay.
Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day.
At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay.
The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring.
What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

FFangao地元の良いホテルの一つとされていますが、乾燥した気候のせいか常にエアコンが効いていますが、加湿されているようで、シーツを手で触ると、江南独特の少し湿った感じがします。朝食の種類はたくさんありますが、そうではありません。私たちの中華の味を軽々しく試すのはやめたほうがいいです、とても恥ずかしいことになります！

ゲゲストОтель хороший, местоположение тоже, есть веранда на крыше на которой можно вечером посидеть. Номера чистые и комфортные. Единственное, мы бронировали номер с 2 односпальными кроватями, а дали номер с 1 нормальной кроватью и 1 очень маленькой.

YYongyuandeninghai酒店的 WiFi 覆蓋範圍特別全面，不管是在房間裏、大堂裏、餐廳裏，還是在走廊的角落，WiFi 信號都很強，不會出現斷連的情況。我在酒店的各個地方都測試過，網速都很穩定，刷視頻、玩遊戲、下載文件都很順暢。對於需要隨時上網的人來説，這樣全面穩定的 WiFi 真的太重要了

ゲゲストA very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help.
We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn.
Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
