JJeffrey-NgLately renovated charming Riad located at the heart of Chefchaouen. 5-15min walks to any photo spots or interest spots. The up but also slightly down side is exactly this as well: It’s located at the middle of everything so it’s on the mid-mountain with stairs: Think twice if you are traveling with heavy baggages. The staff are very nice to offer help up and down but it’s still a kinda hard core mini hydrox lol.

The Mansion owner and her staff Hissem are so kind and helpful, the whole experience is just incredible, classic and elegant Morrocan furniture, decoration is so beautiful and neat.
The breakfast is SO MUCH, haha i am glad i could finish it, almost
the rooftop view is supreme which benefits the location on mid level hill , luckily able to take some photos before rush to the airport 🤪

2206115****場所は見つけやすく、騒がしいエリアから離れており、主要なアトラクションに近すぎませんが、路地を歩くのも楽しいです。真ん中の中庭は広く、高い木があり、とても美しく、部屋は数えられません。部屋は床暖房がオンになっているように感じ、冬はエアコンをつけずにとても暖かく感じます。トイレは最初は壊れていましたが、スタッフは翌日すぐに修理しました。初日の夜、トイレを洗うために小さなバケツを使うことができます。バスルームにはバスタブがありますが、ノズルの設置位置が低すぎます。ハンドヘルドで洗うことができますが、短すぎます。シャワーにしゃがむのは特に不便で、水はかなり暑いです。ガールフレンドの部屋にはノズルを固定するための高い固定位置がありますが、バスルームは2階で非常に蒸し暑いです。朝食はとても豊富で、早めに出発した場合は、パッケージを手伝ってくれます。歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、スリッパはホテルに尋ねることを忘れないでください。潤滑剤はありません。持参するのが最善です。印象では、ヘアドライヤーがないようです。使用するガールフレンドは持参します。全体的に大丈夫です!

ゲゲストTucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside.
Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay.
Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

Wwpcoco33古都の端に近い立地も良く、ロビーやアトリウムも美しく上品で、スタッフもフレンドリーです。部屋は狭く、設備も普通です お風呂のお湯が沸くまでに時間がかかり、お湯の出もスムーズではありません 予約した2部屋のシャワーから水漏れがありました 2日連続で宿泊しましたが、部屋の調子が悪かったです部屋には水が用意されておらず、ボトル入り飲料水の料金は 20 Dh でした。その後、前回の問題を報告した後、水はチャージされませんでした。シートリップの豪華な 5 つ星評価はどこから来たのでしょうか?

ゲゲストMy stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager.
We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay.
Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day.
At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay.
The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring.
What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

One thing I disappointed is airport transfer service.
I booked and paid the fee at the hotel,but taxi driver requires to pay the fee. So I call the hotel staff on the spot,but hotel staff said didn't receive the fee. Because of this, I was made to pay twice.
