素晴らしいスタッフがいたるところにいる最高品質の施設(素敵なフロントデスクチーム、非常にプロフェッショナルで、レストランのスタッフも同じ)。トラムから徒歩5分、真新しい建物は素晴らしく思慮深く装飾されています。快適なベッド、清潔な部屋(床のスタッフからの素晴らしい仕事と毎回素晴らしい笑顔と挨拶)、非常に快適な朝食と高速wifi。間違いなく戻ってきます。ありがとうございました。

Атмосферный отель) Очень красивый на мой взгляд) В номерах чисто. Очень приятные хозяева) Было немного прохладно и сыро, но тут нет вины владельцев( Завтрак был очень вкусный) Благодарю за прекрасно проведенное время)

L’hôtel est magnifique,un peu loin de rabat 30mn Nous avons manger au Rilha restaurant aux influences asiatiques , marocaines et européennes très bon ainsi que le service .Service du petit déjeuner moins qualitatif pour un ritz carlton .

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Overall a positive stay and a good hotel , would recommend , however a few issues Think with 2 people in the room , 2 bottles of water should have been provided No shower towels were provided in the room , had to ask for them Room Phone should be labeled clearly how to dial reception as no note to say which number to dial Breakfast selection was ok but limited choice of hot food and no decent coffee selection Building work was started on our first day with for the duration of our visit with no mention of any upcoming works

とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ素敵な部屋、美しいベッド、清潔な部屋。

立地は良いものの、かなり古びたホテル。チェックインに30分近くかかり、私の後ろには長い行列ができていて、受付にはたった2人しかいなかった。大したことではないように聞こえるかもしれないが、街に到着して夜だけを過ごす場合、30分は長い時間だ。出かける前にすぐにシャワーを浴びたが、タオルがない！5つ星ホテルなのに。ベッドの掛け布団カバーを使って体を拭かなければならなかった。フロントに伝えたら、街から戻ってきたときにはタオルが置いてあった。部屋は全体的にみすぼらしく、シャワーカーテンは数個のリングで留められているだけで、タイルはひび割れているなど。朝食はまあまあだったが、5つ星ホテルにコーヒーマシンがあるだろうか？誰かがどこかで椅子を1時間ほど引きずり回していた。誇張ではなく、10メートルずつ1脚ずつ引きずっていた。5階のプールとテラスからの眺めは最高だった。二度と泊まりたくない。

Это хорошие апартаменты. В номере есть холодильник, плита, кухонная посуда, стиральная машина. Можно готовить себе еду. Рядом магазин Bim. Большая жилая площадь, современный интерьер. Небольшая проблема была с горячей водой, она долго нагревается с помощью автономного нагревателя. Иногда мешал шум кондиционера и стиральной машины в соседних номерах. Номер, в котором я жил, расположен на 4 этаже, а на крыше тоже то ли прачечная, то ли стирка постельного белья. Звук слышен в номере - это минус. Отель расположен рядом с Ботаническим садом, в котором приятно отдыхать днём и вечером.

The riad has a great location - just one turn from the main street. Everything is at hand - a green market street where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and anything you like. While booking we were promised a “Luxury Double Room” but in fact it was extremely small, without any amenities. Without cabinet, without hanger - just only a number of hooks on the wall. The toilet was also very small. The room smelled like sewer - we had to open the window all the time to ventilate the room. The breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty. The personnel was really friendly and very helpful. I can recommend this riad for its location. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you’ll enjoy staying in it!

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
