「立地は良いものの、かなり古びたホテル。チェックインに30分近くかかり、私の後ろには長い行列ができていて、受付にはたった2人しかいなかった。大したことではないように聞こえるかもしれないが、街に到着して夜だけを過ごす場合、30分は長い時間だ。出かける前にすぐにシャワーを浴びたが、タオルがない！5つ星ホテルなのに。ベッドの掛け布団カバーを使って体を拭かなければならなかった。フロントに伝えたら、街から戻ってきたときにはタオルが置いてあった。部屋は全体的にみすぼらしく、シャワーカーテンは数個のリングで留められているだけで、タイルはひび割れているなど。朝食はまあまあだったが、5つ星ホテルにコーヒーマシンがあるだろうか？誰かがどこかで椅子を1時間ほど引きずり回していた。誇張ではなく、10メートルずつ1脚ずつ引きずっていた。5階のプールとテラスからの眺めは最高だった。二度と泊まりたくない。」

「とても清潔なホテルで、部屋も綺麗に装飾され、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。ただ、ホテルは一見とても広いように見えますが、実際は狭く、特に公共エリアやアメニティが狭すぎるのが残念です。 プールは狭く、レストランは種類も少なく、値段も高すぎます。 ミニバーも非常に高く、14ユーロのチョコレートバーが滞在全体を台無しにしました。 結論として、このホテルは良いのですが、1泊350ユーロという価格に見合う価値はありません。」

「This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend」
