「While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.」

「星5つには値しません。 ホテルは清潔で、2階にはプールがあります。 設備はすべて古いですが、機能的です。 防音対策は期待できません。オーシャンビューの部屋でしたが、路面電車、車の音、そして朝6時半から隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえました。」

「とても清潔なホテルで、部屋も綺麗に装飾され、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。ただ、ホテルは一見とても広いように見えますが、実際は狭く、特に公共エリアやアメニティが狭すぎるのが残念です。 プールは狭く、レストランは種類も少なく、値段も高すぎます。 ミニバーも非常に高く、14ユーロのチョコレートバーが滞在全体を台無しにしました。 結論として、このホテルは良いのですが、1泊350ユーロという価格に見合う価値はありません。」

「All staff are very helpful and ready to help when ever you need them. Upon our return our flight was late eveining so they where very accommodating and gave us 2 hours extra before check out.」

Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa. - The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb. - Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.」

「This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend」
