オースティンの朝食付きホテル

私たちの結婚式の夜のハイアットリージェンシーでの滞在は驚異的でした！結婚式の夜だったので、シャンパンか何か特別なものを期待していましたが、それでも全体的に素晴らしい経験でした。私たちはそこで一晩中素晴らしい景色と素晴らしいサービスを持っていました。間違いなく再び滞在します！

This hotel has all the basics: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very decent continental breakfast, and everything works. However, it is in desperate need of a face lift - new carpets, upholstery, etc. There is a strong smell of ”old”. We went first to a Target to buy air freshener which we used liberally in both rooms all three days we were there. If you can deal with that, this hotel provides good value.

We stayed here with for a wedding in Austin. The hotel is impressive & delivers 100% in almost all areas. From the welcome champagne at checkout, hotel/ front desk staff was terrific. Very comfy beds & pillows. Rooftop pool & bar were wonderful & check out the view there around sunset! Staff for the most part was a 10. Re: housekeeping, they came to our room a few times, however never actually cleaned/ picked up trash, etc. We were leaving one time & told them to give us 30 min. & they could clean them. They never came back, however when we saw them in the hall they were very generous with extra clean towels. This wasn't really a huge deal but thought I'd share. Stella San Jac restaurant had terrific & delicious (although rather pricey) food both times we ate there, service could be better. Very slow to get to your table (even with reservation), and meals take awhile to deliver. However the food was excellent. Azul pool & bar were great. We never ate there (as we were not offered any menus any of the times we were visiting there). Drinks were decent. The view is spectacular from there!! Speaking of no menus - there were a couple times we would have ordered room service but we never saw a menu for this or how to order anywhere in the room or hotel. That was a bit disappointing. It should be noted that parking there is $69 per day! Parking in Austin is a challenge, so we paid it. But it added $276 for our 4 day stay!! While I've noted these small things above, we would not hesitate to stay there again when we return to Austin!

I visited on 14th of January I was having a bad day and the front desk.lady saved the day. I was greeted as I walked in door and she made me feel important and appreciated Adriana is amazing! She checked me in with a smile and a great attitude and got me the upgrade on the room and floor I needed Thanks Fairfield for hiring amazing people like Adriana

Despite all the renovations going on in the hotel team are incredibly helpful! Cedric in particular was very knowledgeable and very helpful when questioned about the local area ! The renovations didn’t cause a disturbance and I will definitely love to come back again!!
