We had a wonderful stay in this modern and newish hotel. The hotel is on a hill overlooking a busy divided highway with shopping and dining options. We couldn’t hear any traffic noise in our room. Breakfast was standard for Towneplace Suites. The only drawback is that if you book a room with a king bed and need to use the sofa bed, when the sofa bed is extended there is no floor space between the king bed and sofa bed. Who ever sleeps on the far side of the king bed won’t be able to get out of bed and walk around to the bathroom.
The best best Western we’ve stayed at everyone that worked there extremely helpful and very willing to do what they could to make your stay the best. It is A1 place. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was the very best we’ve ever had at the Lady serving again was overly willing to do everything she could to make sure you got enough to eat.
AAllison BWe booked this for the 3 day weekend anniversary trip! Everyone there was so nice & helpful. Rooms are so nice! The breakfasts were wonderful!! Never seen so many choices and so nice and clean. “Peggy “ would greet everyone and ask how our stay was and tell us thank you for staying with there❤️we highly recommend this place.
Surprised at the cleanliness and overall good design of this property. Very friendly staff. Comfortable, well-designed room. Try to stay on top floor for quieter room. Just a few miles from from the Historic Hot Springs National Park.
We stayed only 1 nigh. Our room was very clean. Linens smelled fresh. The tub was clean too! We were very very pleased especially for the price. Staff at check in and check out we wonderful. They answered all our questions and made great suggestions on what to do/eat while in town. There was breakfast available in the morning. We stayed in October so the outdoor pool was closed but it is there for warm weather. Also the parking lot was well lit. Would recommend.
We went with my small family to stay due to a business trip we had. The room and the facilities were very clean, maybe some small bugs here and there, but they are common when a national park is right next to the hotel. The staff was very kind all of them with out exception, but I want to thank Hiten who was very helpful trying to help me plug my electric car to an outlet. I want to point out I was driving a tesla car from NY which conclude in a big inconvenient since there are not superchargers close to the hotel. I recommend the hotel and will go back to the same one if is really needed but due to my electric car I might not go back.
