ゲゲストVery nice hotel in a convenient location. Easy access to the mall and several dining establishments. The room was spotless and nice; however, the dining space during morning breakfast could have used some attention. It was a very busy weekend and I believe the hotel was at capacity, but we didn't see any employees wiping down tables. There were a lot of dead gnats near the garbage can that needed wiped. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in went well. This hotel has the potential to be 5 stars across the board if there were a few more staff members keeping the dining areas clean.

EEVANSWe were warmly greeted on our arrival by by a young lady named OMI. When she learned of my Elite Bonvoy status we were all given a complementary bottle of water. Our rooms were clean and odor free. Before settling down for the night, one of our young grandsons had an issue which ultimately meant they had to change rooms. OMI was great, first supplying clean bedding, but when there were no clean mattress pads, she started a load in the laundry. Realizing that we needed to get the kids to bed quicker OMI offered to move them to an empty room. OMI deserves a 150% for her effort.
