ベルファストへの出張中、ホリデイ イン ベルファスト シティ センターでの滞在を本当に楽しみました。食事は最高、ロケーションは完璧、WiFi も最高でした。部屋は清潔で快適で、忙しい一日の後にリラックスするのに最適な環境でした。 スタッフは非常に親切で、いつでも質問にお答えします。深夜に文書を印刷する必要があったときも、スタッフはためらうことなく対応してくれました。訪問すべき場所の詳細な地図も提供してくれたので、街を探索するのにとても役立ちました。全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。このホテルを他の人にぜひお勧めしたいと思います。

This is the second time I’ve stayed here to go to a concert at the SSE arena. I can safely say that the staff are the friendliest I’ve ever experienced in Belfast - very helpful and engaging throughout. We also ate here and the food was delicious and we got a great deal as it was before 7pm. The breakfast is also to die for! And the beds.. it’s just bliss!! I can’t wait to come back already.

本当に残念です。まず、チェックインしたときにゴミ箱が掃除されていないのに気づきました。その後、シャワーを浴びたときに、テレビのリモコンの裏蓋が壊れていました。透明な接着剤を使用しましたが、剥がれませんでした。くっつかないよ。残りの部分は問題ありません。場所も問題ありません。ベルファスト駅のすぐ隣にあり、市内中心部からも徒歩圏内です。朝食は美味しく、種類もサービスもとても良いです。予約したときは 3 泊の料金が 4,400 元でしたが、数日後、幸いなことにもう一度確認して新たに予約したところ、400 元が節約できました。

Nice hotel,located 5 minutes walk from grand central station. Excellent buffet breakfast  Only negative was a flashing green light down low beside locker! Flashed all night long

クレイトンホテルへの宿泊は今回で2回目ですが、全体的に快適で、客室も快適でした。部屋は清潔で手入れが行き届いており、一泊の料金としてはお得感があります。 しかしながら、フロントスタッフの対応には改善の余地があると感じました。何度か、ゲストにすぐに気づいてもらえない場面があり、特に海外からの旅行者にとっては、不親切な印象を受ける可能性があります。 前回の宿泊は3年前でしたが、この点が改善されていることを期待していました。フロントデスクのスタッフのプロ意識と温かいおもてなしが常に向上すれば、宿泊客の満足度は格段に上がるでしょう。次回の宿泊時には、こうした改善が見られることを楽しみにしています。

Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups).

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

The hotel is big and has nice access to the gym and pool. It’s far from the town centre. Most of the staff are kind and welcoming.

ベルファスト市内中心部での滞在は最高でした！ロケーションは完璧で、主要な観光スポット、ショップ、公共交通機関など、すべてが徒歩圏内でした。特に素晴らしかったのは、美味しいインド料理レストランがすぐ近くにあったことです。おかげで食事がとても便利で楽しめました。 ホテル自体も快適で、手入れが行き届いていました。客室は清潔で十分な広さがあり、快適な滞在に必要な基本的なアメニティはすべて揃っていました。スタッフは親切で協力的で、道案内やおすすめ情報など、いつでも快く対応してくれました。 設備は全体的に良好で、チェックイン／チェックアウトもスムーズでした。夜遅くでも治安が良く、旅行中は安心して過ごせました。 全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。ベルファストの中心部で便利なロケーションに滞在しながら、街を探索したい方には理想的なホテルです。ぜひおすすめしますし、また利用したいと思います！

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.
