「Everything was good, the location is close to Queen University. Just the receptionist is a bit strange, while I checked in with my family, she kept checking and asking me how many people stay in the room, when I did the booking, I have selected the correct people with my five years old son. Apart from that, everything is super good.」
「Lovely house in a very peaceful location. Super comfy room/bed and great shower. Huge breakfast with homemade produce, perfect. Elizabeth is the perfect host.」
「Bed didn't feel like a double very small. Cleanliness room OK, BUT the Ceiling all cracked cement and black. Not a sight to ge looking up at when trying to sleep.Took video but can't upload it. Nice gesture for breakfast in small room, think suit students. Definitely won't be staying here again. Only in room to sleep, long enough. 🙄」
「We had a fantastic stay in The Malone. Lovely spacious room. Great breakfast, lovely bar food. Great to have free parking too. Nice relaxed hotel The hotel is located in a lovely area in Belfast, just around the corner from Queen’s university, Ulster Museum & the Botanic Gardens . Easy to walk to the town centre too. . All staff at the hotel were so friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend The Malone Hotel.」
SSh.kilaIt was a pleasant experience overall, but I expected more from such a hotel. The floor of the room wasn't cleaned and mopped, and there was dust anywhere. We also didn't even get a bottle of water. However, I called them to see if we can check in a little bit early and they let us with no extra cost! It worth it.
TTeacher HarryLocated in nice area of Belfast about 5-10 minutes walk from the Grand Central railway station.
The staff are very helpful with suggesting and arranging places to visit in the area.
The facility is modern and well maintained and breakfast is good. 10/10
PP&PGrand Central is in great location in heart of Belfast. Fantastic staff who are friendly and always on hand to help. At reception Matthew warmly welcomed us and we had a wonderful time Saturday afternoon lounging in the Observatory ,sipping delicious cocktails and enjoying the beautiful Belfast skyline.
Breakfast was lovely with 2 highlights for me ; chef made me perfect poached eggs upon request - thank you! Also variety of mango, mixed berry etc. smoothies were freshly made and served during breakfast; delicious! Would thoroughly recommend for a short city break and Belfast too was buzzing! Will be back again December!
ゲゲストAbsolutely amazing, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, the swimming area, the room, everything was 100% 10/10. The staff were also very kind and welcoming with good communication, to anyone who is thinking about staying, go for it!
AAdam SparkesBrilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.
Mmarycon buagayanThis is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay.
However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors.
My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.
