ルネッサンス歴史的ダウンタウンホテルに泊まったのは初めてでした。私たちが引っ張ったとき、私たちは非常に丁寧で親切な係員に近づきました。すぐにロビーのサイドドアに入りました。ホテル全体にとても心地よくさわやかな匂いがしました。私たちはすぐに非常にユニークで印象的な装飾に気づき始めました。チェックインのためにフロントデスクに近づいたとき、若い男性の受付係は非常に迅速で丁寧で、地域に関する情報を喜んで共有してくれました。部屋に上がると、美しい装飾と環境の清潔さに気づかざるを得ませんでした。私は30年以上商業清掃事業に従事しており、細部に注意を払っています。私たちが部屋を開けたとき、私たちは部屋がどれほどきれいで、部屋がどれほど素敵だったかに再び非常に感銘を受けました。これを要約すると、妻はこれを彼女のリストに載せ、これまでのところ彼女のお気に入りとして、私たちは12回以上訪れました。妻の58歳の誕生日をいただき、ありがとうございます。素晴らしい経験をしました

We absolutely loved our stay!!! Surfside room was decorated so cute and very clean. The pool was warm for our cooler day and the hot tub felt amazing. Perfect spot, so close to the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and Amanda & her co-worker were so nice. Definitely can’t wait to go back.

Excellent hotel with great staff! The location is perfect with beach on one side and bay on the other which makes it close to all attractions and restaurants. The restaurant in hotel is excellent as well as the roof top bar for a magnificent sunset! There is also a Publix right across the street. We will definitely choose this hotel on return trips to St. Augustine.

We stayed in room 9. It’s a strange small layout. The sitting/living room was too small for the big screen TV ,so we stayed in the bedroom wich had its own TV. The bed was great, very comfy. The bathroom is about the size of an RV bathroom. The toilet is very low. Folks with bad knees or issues standing will have problems getting upThere is

私たちは毎朝バルコニールームと素敵なビュッフェ式朝食を楽しみました。プールは良かったし、たくさんのサンベッドがありました。リラックスした一週間で、セントオーガスティンやショッピングモール、近くの素敵なビーチまで車で行きました。私たちのお気に入りはハンモックパークビーチでした。 サッカーチームとその両親は金曜日の夜に到着しましたが、残念ながらガラス窓のリフトで暴動を繰り広げることが許可されました。彼らは非常に騒しく、ほとんどのゲストは不平を言っていました。これは私たちの滞在を最後に台無しにしました。 また、朝食ビュッフェは毎朝利用できず、選択肢が豊富でないメニューから注文しました。 ホテルは改装工事が予定されており、部屋は時代遅れです。

私たちのホテルの部屋はとても清潔で広としていました。私たちは早く到着し、躊躇せずにすぐに入場しました。ベッドは快適でした(少し硬い側ですが、硬すぎません)。私たちの部屋はきれいだったので、最近改装されたかもしれません。朝食は十分で、卵、ソーセージ、ワッフルメーカー、ヨーグルト、シリアル、パン、ベーグル、マフィン、フルーツ全体、おいしいコーヒーでした。すべての労働者はとてもフレンドリーでした。プールやスパは使わなかったが、きれいに見えた。ビーチに簡単にアクセスでき、徒歩圏内にたくさんのレストランがある絶好のロケーション。

I chose it because of price. Out of the way, a little old and worn. But service was good my TV didn’t work but the guy on reception brought a replacement within minutes. Bed beer soft but sheets clean. Unexpectedly breakfast was included, plastic everything and choice limited but the coffee was great. Will I go back, I hope not, but if I did it wouldn’t be the worst place I’ve stayed

The room provided wasn't 100% ready on our arrival the rooms advertised refrigerator was pulled out from its location with the door left opensitting on top of a towel collecting water that had been leaking for some time. Mint. Did respond quickly to the matter by cleaning up the watery mess and getting the refrigerated back into place. The refrigerator was plugged back in but eventually started to leak during the past 3 days of stay. The room did feel damp as there may have been high humidity present.

My Husband and I travel for work. The Room was not very clean ants on the floor stains on the sheets of one bed. You can hear the traffic all night from the HWY. The floor was just nasty. Really think the housekeepers need some Training or just new housekeepers. Anyways we will never go back again..NEVER...
