YYannick.vdhWe had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel.
The hosts were super nice and really treated us the best they could.
At first the location seemed a bit away from the center, and without grab we were sceptic how to get to the center. But the hosts were super helpfull and brought us by car and picked us up as well. We even lend 1 scooter for an evening for free!
The room was super new and had everything we needed. Good bed, big smart tv (for resting day), great shower, good AC and small balcony.
We got homemade Vietnamese breakfast everyday. Even when my girlfriend asked for just fruits they made an amazing platter full.
These people were so nice and asked nothing in return. We wanted to pay for the rides but they refused.
The hotel is in a super new area and the streets are only accessible for people who need to be there, which makes it very safe as well. Just note that if booking a tour they cannot pick you up in front of the hotel, but just 3 minutes walk away, so no problems.

MMakoto-Vn建物や設備はハイフォンの中では間違えなく1番良いと思う。ロケーションも良い。
土曜日〜日曜日だからか、レストランやエントランスで子供が走り回ってうるさい。大人でも大声でVideo callをする人がいる。
サウナの電源は自分で操作するのが普通？
利用可能時間はサウナの電源がオンだと嬉しい。
レストランやサウナ、大浴場も利用するならnikko。
豪華さと写真映え、夜に散歩もするならPullman。
部屋だけならどちらも良いが、nikkoの方がリーズナブル。

ゲゲストWe stayed for 2 nights here in the top floor family room. We had a nice large terrace facing the mountain. The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was good and there was enough lighting all around. Plenty of free bottled water was provided. The bathroom was huge with both a shower and bathtub. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with pancake and pho and fresh fruits. The service was very good, whenever we had a query, we were promptly addressed via WhatsApp with the owner. The location is just right for us, who want to be a few mins walking distance to the main street and restaurant and is quiet enough away from loud music from the tourist bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Catba. Thank you to the owner!

CChalkgrrlWe had a great stay at Napoli Hostel and would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in Cat Ba. Gem the owner was super helpful. She was able to help get our laundry done in 3 hours. The room was just has described, very clean spacious main area with separate bench area by the door for our luggage and to put on shoes. We didn’t need the mini fridge but appreciated that it was available in the room. There was a small desk area to do some work or put on makeup, that was a nice touch. And we were surprised at how good the drying mechanism in the wet room (bathroom) was. In such a wet climate that was nice to have. The room came with a small balcony outdoor area in front of the room but we also did not use this. Lastly breakfast had many nice options, from western to local. It comes with many drink choices as well. Overall wonderful experience and value for money.

AAnikous world ✈️I had a fantastic stay here with my friends! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the location couldn’t have been better so convenient for exploring the area. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly and helpful staff. The amenities were great too everything we needed was available, and we really enjoyed our time. Would definitely recommend it for a group trip!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions.
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me.
Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

ДДарьяThe hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

ゲゲスト部屋は素晴らしく、14階のバルコニーからの眺めはまさに息を呑むほどでした。部屋にはキッチンがありますが、電子レンジを使うだけでも罰金が科せられるので、あくまでも展示用です。部屋が整えられた際にタオルと水が忘れられていたため、ある日頼まなければなりませんでした。ホテルはとても巨大なので、プールやオープンレストランへの往復は大変で、この巨大な複合施設では子供たちだけでどこかへ行くのは不可能です。キッズクラブはただの部屋で、クラブというほどのものではありません。キッズクラブルームのゲームは信じられないほど高価なので、私たちは全く利用しませんでした。
3棟目のレストランからの眺めは、早めに到着して窓際の席を確保すれば最高です。朝食ビュッフェはまあまあです。ただ、混雑すると食べ物がどんどんなくなってしまいます。コーヒーポットは1つしかありませんでした！おそらく400人分くらいのコーヒーポットなので、補充されているかどうかを確認するためにこの巨大なレストランを何度も往復しなければなりません。一度ビュッフェ形式のランチを食べましたが、とてもまずかったです。 170万ドンもするのにもかかわらず、飲み水すらもらえず、別途購入しなければならず、子供用の食べ物の選択肢もあまりありません。また、食べ物が売り切れてしまったため、補充されているか確認するために何度も何度も歩き回り、途中で人混みを避けなければなりませんでした。あまり良い経験ではありませんでした。
ホテルはツアーを予約しない限り、予約やツアーの提案をしてくれません。ツアーは料金が高すぎる上に選択肢も少ないです。
ホテルのプールは子供たちにとって最高でした！
滞在は全体的に良かったですが、このホテルには二度と泊まりません。

SShardaleI needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach.
