Stayed there for 9 days. The area all in all is nice with the greenery that is taken care of daily. There are pool, diner, spa and even beauty salon are available. Unfortunately, there are many disadvantages that take over any pros and need to be prioritized ASAP. The hygiene of the rooms is terrible. It seemed that the cleaning service was just opening and closing doors to pretend they did something. The towels are always dirty and have some spots. Once we unfolded one of the new towels and found patch of hair in it. DISGUSTING! Maybe they exchange towels between the rooms and never wash them - that’s the impression I have. Same about the bedsheets. I also noticed that somebody has written a curse word in Russian (with a precise painting below, maybe in case non-Russian speakers don’t get the word) on the wall right at the entrance. I informed the receptionist and asked them to remove it because the place is family-friendly and there are mostly Russian speaking people staying there including children. I checked-out after 7 days and nothing was done to remove it. It only required a new layer of white paint. Also, the check-in process took 2-3hours, while we had just arrived tired and hungry and had to wait and entertain ourselves. The check-out was on the other hand early in the morning, so we had to again plan the day without having the option to rest in a room. That’s more on the touristic agency that organized it poorly. On the bright side, they have rooms at the reception where you can leave your luggage. From our experience, it was safe. The AC remote and the phone did not work in our room. The pros are that the beach is very close to the hotel. The pool area is clean and they have scheduled activities for the guests. We have taken only the breakfast which was of large variety for any diet - it’s a big plus. The staff is friendly, however, the management needs to be more active in solving the mentioned disadvantages. The cleanliness is the #1 criteria for any guest, whether it’s a one night or longer stay. All in all, there are definitely better options in Budva.

The room was dirty: corners of the shower tray were covered with mould, bed sheet and duvet cover were stained, the table lamp massively corroded and the floor would have required some vacuum cleaning. Most annoying, when we wanted to complain to the manager next morning, this person did not care to listen to our legitimate concern. I want to point out that your front desk staff was very friendly and did a really good job, contrary to the manager.

RUN!! Literally this hotel is FILTHY! We are a group of 20 rooms and this goes on all of us. First off, we arrived to an overflowing drain in the bathroom that took them a day and a half to fix/clean. And the list goes as follows: *Dead dirty towels. *worst food ever, quality and taste wise. *room door has spider webs allover the back on the inside of the room. *Balcony is disgusting haven't been cleaned in years * the room service only changes the towels SOMEDAYS and even if you ask for your room to be cleaned IT WILL NOT BE CLEANED. * i asked to change the bedsheets because coffee fell on them for FOUR DAYS!! No one came and i checked out with the same coffee on the bed. *i contacted the reception then i complained to the manager and guess what? The room didn't get clean! *the stuff is not helpful nor friendly *under the bed was dirty with everything you could possibly imagine underneath and so much dust. *The luggage service told us to get our own luggage down and try to walk to reception with it instead of the bellman. *too much flies (due to being unclean) *the distance between the reception and the rooms is very long and even if you have an elder person who is exhausted or for any reason can't walk to the room, the golf cart will refuse to get them to the room. This also goes if you have a-lot of bags for example the golf cart always refuse to take guests to their rooms. *when you ask for something they dont wanna help and are super rude. Service and cleanliness are the worst. This was a nigh**are, never go there!!

I recently rested in this hotel and it left a very pleasant impression afterwards. The staff is friendly and will always help if needed. The food was delicious and always fresh. Everything was sparkling on the beach and in the room. I would recommend this hotel

The hotel is located in a prime location , its very old and needs a lot of renovation, with this price you can book other hotels much better, food was horrible , cleaning is very poor , there are some renovated rooms which are ok and the old ones are horrible, the outdoor has amazing landscape, the staff is trying to help but they are also understaff, over all not recommended

I stayed in a 4* suite. The hotel's advantages: the room is not large, but beautiful, newly renovated, and the light illumination creates coziness. When we remarked on the out-of-order service, the employee (a man, usually sitting in a glass office) said something like "we don't have a queue here"). In the lobby of the hotel there are 2 reception desks for 3* and 4*, but there was only one working for all of them, so there were queues. If you need help, ask a question, or have any issues with the service, you won't be able to call the reception from your room.
