We had booked a room for my family. It was for the four of us. Two adults and Two Children aged 6 and 10. We had booked a two bedroom Suite as they call it. We were very shocked to first notice that the Two bedroom Suite had one only one Restroom which was common for both the Rooms. What is the point in booking 2 rooms when u get only One restroom. The kitchen is practically useless since they don’t have anything there except a kettle. And for 2 Bedrokm suite they only provided 2 bottles of Half a litre mineral water. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned by Housekeeing. When we came back after a long day in the night they told us that Housekeeping will be done only if we tell them. We paid 5k for the 1st night and 9k for the second night. It was a big blunder. No customer service at all. The manager insisted that they had an incident before with housekeeping and as per his words they follow a policy which is done worldwide ( Housekeeing will be done only if asked by the guest ). I told him nowhere they do like that. They do not do only if we tell them not to do. So surprising the answers. To tell u the fact there are about 20 properties in the same road. These guys charge a hefty premium over the others and that got us fooled into thinking this was a better property. We then picked another property and booked 2 rooms itself for a total of 3k only with 2 toilets. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here at all.

目立つ場所での素晴らしい滞在。高層階の部屋はウルソー湖の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。朝食は良い種類から選択できました。スタッフはとても親切でした

Wasim,suvankar,susovon,dipti very good service , a great customer service skill. Food was great at holiday inn. Just not that but also got a personal attention by the people here . Loving the decor at holiday inn dining area. Great service ❤️

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Bangalore. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my experience even more memorable. The cab service was excellent, and I’d especially like to thank Uma Shankar for his kindness and dedication in guiding guests and arranging transportation with such a helpful and warm heart. His efforts truly enhanced my experience. Highly recommend!

The hospitality received in this hotel is one of the highest levels. The rooms are big. Food and breakfast served here in the best. The chefs , managers and the staff do take care of all the special food requests. so far never experienced a better hospitality than this one. Location is really perfect

おすすめのホテル。ホテルの場所は良好で、駐車場があり、隣にスーパーマーケットがあり、とても便利です。ルームウェルカムレターは手書きで、ルームサービスは非常に丁寧です。朝食には、インドと西洋の味、豊かなフルーツ、非常に良いサービスがあります。ホテルでは、ホテルから空港までのシャトルサービスを提供しています（料金は約2,200インドルピー+ 5％の税金です）。車にOLAを使用するよう従業員に依頼する別の試みは、人々を安心させます。

ホテルに入るとすぐに、フレンドリーで気配りの行き届いたスタッフに温かく迎えられました。彼らの真のおもてなしは、最初から大切なゲストのように感じさせました。チェックインプロセスはシームレスで、私はすぐに私の真っ白な部屋に護衛されました。
