The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

You’re very arrogant they wouldn’t let us check out late when they checked us in later than 4 PM actually at 7 PM they did not clean our rooms very well. We asked for upgrades to pay and we have all the certifications Ihg and they made us pay $250 And the rooms weren’t where they were supposed to be was really upsetting and the air conditions broke three times in two rooms. They did not have air condition.

The staff and service was amazing! The location was close enough to walk to the restaurants and the downtown area. The beach at this hotel was amazing. The food at the hotel was very good and the pool area was very clean. The hotel rooms are in need of a remodel, the rooms are outdated and very plain. The refrigerator was covered in dents, the sofa bed was old and you could see the patch up work in the bathroom and there is a huge tub that makes it difficult to get in and out of the shower. I have visited Cancun 7 times and this is the only hotel that I’ve stayed at that I could feel the humidity in the room. The hotel needs to do a revamp in general to offer more activities and things for people to do at the hotel. They tried doing karaoke but it was boring and the internet kept going out. The breakfast buffet was good but it didn’t really offer breakfast, they served things like , meatballs, fish, chicken and instead of soups they offered broth. They need to make their breakfast buffet more appealing by offering things like, pozole, menudo, chilaquiles, eggs, bacon, sausage, in the actual buffet…etc the buffet was very small for $30 a person. The staff was very attentive and kind and when we called asking for an extra blanket it was sent to us within 15 minutes and they lady completely made up our sleep sofa which was great! This hotel is a great family hotel and the staff makes you fell very welcomed. I would definitely recommend staying here in your visit to Cancun.

Only 1 thing wrong on this trip, we booked an early flight to get to enjoy more of our time in Cancun since we were only there one night. We got there around noon and we had past experiences with different hotels in letting us check in early if allowed. We had no ordinary suite so the check in was at 3 and even with trying to check in early if possible that left us still being told we had to wait longer even after our check in time. So with that being said they knew we were there waiting and still failed to tell us we had to wait longer after our check in time which was 3pm. I wouldn’t have mind but we had our toddler and she was tried and cranky from having to wait in the lobby for so long more so we been up since 5am to get our flight to get to Cancun. I am not normally the person to leave a review but this time it was needed.

EXCELENT SERVICE! from all the staff, congratulations. Best experience I have had in a hotel in a long time bc of the service. They provided an upgrade to an amazing appartment with a balcony right in front of the sea. Great beach area, with clean watter where you can swim. Great food, parking and great location. I wish I had stayed longer here (instead of Holbox). They gave us drinks and a cheess plate welcome. Only needs some update on the decoration and maintainance but room was big, bed great and the best is service

I really loved the property!! Staff super kind and friendly, and the rooms are super spacious and nice!! Really enjoyed the stay

The room was musky. The scent was really difficult to stand with. Overpriced. (Paid $165 CAD/night)
