Fantastic place to stay right in the center. Lovely staff..beautuful decorated room with all necessities. Recommend staying here. Me and my partner enjoyed our two night stay and loved the superking bed and enormous tv . Perfect stay thanks so much

Don’t let the entrance to this place put you off. Very clean quirky room with tea and coffee facilities. Very close to excellent bars/restaurants/shopping and ferry port!

Newly refurbished apar**ents (May 23) to a very high standard. We had two apar**ents for the group both of which were excellent. Great location 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Secure parking for both cycles and motorcycles, 1.5 miles to the ferry terminal.

Absolutely delighted with our choice to stay here. The location is ideal, very central for the town and a 10 minute walk from the bus station and slightly further to the marina. We were greeted on arrival (we let them know our ETA, as requested in the booking info) and the helpful ladies on receiption showed us places of interest on the map. The room itself was spotlessly clean, a decent size (we had a triple room, which included a single pull-out bed (which wouldn't have left much room had we used it, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. There was a small fridge, a microwave and coffee making facilities, plenty of plug sockets and even a charging point. There was a lovely little balcony too, which got the sun all day, with just about enough room to sit out on the small stool in the room. The shutters kept the heat out and the air conditioning worked well. The shower was powerful and shampoo/shower gel is provided. The toilet was very compact with the door shut but this is a minor issue. Overall, we loved the place and would highly recommend for a short stay in a lovely city.

Our experience at Centersuite Santander was a pleasure from start to finish. We do not speak Spanish (we are trying to learn), and Yolanda who checked us in speaks no English. Using Google Translate, Yolanda gave us a very comprehensive guide to the hotel and the features in our room. We stayed in the Reina Victoria, one of only five rooms in the hotel. The hotel is on the first floor of a building in the main street through the town, and the Victoria room is at the back of the building. Despite the location, the room was very quiet. The bed (two twins pushed together) was very comfortable and the room was well equipped with a safe, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The widescreen tv comes equipped with Netflix included. The bathroom is spacious with a rainfall shower in a large wet room section of the room. The only negative is the toiletries. One dispenser that serves as soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It feels like glue on your hair. Bring your own hair products. The hotel is a fifteen minute walk from the bus station, and has lots of bars and restaurants nearby. There are also several mini-markets and lots of cafes. We would definitely stay here again. Checkout is a respectable 12pm. I don’t think you could leave your bags here until your flight (not an issue with our 2pm flight), as the desk is unmanned through most of the day and it’s not possible to enter the building without a key, however there are lots of lockers at the bus station.

The Center Suite was a great find the rooms were lovey well finished good shower and tv channels, in a building on one of the main streets with a short walk into the middle on town. Lots of shops café & bars in the area. The bus station was a short walk and we use it to go to Bilbo & back to the airport. Really enjoyed our stay Thank you.
