Check in went fairly well, until we got to the room. Key card opened the door, but the inside latch wouldn't allow the door to be opened more than a couple inches. Had to get maintenance before we could get into our room. That night, we needed showers before bed. Room reservation was made for 4, my self and 3 adult daughters. There were only 3 towels. Tne guy at the desk acted that asking for towels was a big indisposition. In the laundry room, he gave me 1 hand towel. I asked for a couple of bathtowels. He said he didnt have any, and gave me another handtowel. Needlessto say we had to make do. Second night, when we returned to the room, once again we could not get in. The desk clerk had to get a hanger to get us in. This time, he also removed the inside latch. Finally, that same night, the toilet stopped up. My oldeat daughter went to report it. She was given a toilet plunger in order to fix it ourselves. That was the final straw. My family will never return to the Belmont when we visit Bellevue Nebraska.
