The room was good with atmosphere and good service. Bed and pillow are better for sleeping. Room service is good enough. Room temperature is little good as per room rate. I hope this is the nearest hotel from Kashmir gate metro and Kashmir gate bus stand.

This is our 3rd stay over here and we loved it,without any doubt we just want to stay over here only as they provide much better service from any other hotels,environment is so clam and give positive vibes that’s acceptable a traveller want and specially thanks to Mr. Azam who always provides good suggestions either in room selection or food and makes us feel comfortable.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and is located in proximity to transport services. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for a smooth experience.

The hotel is at the heart of the city, easily accessible from railway station and Inter state Bus Terminal Stand. Staff is cooperative and welcoming………. Response of the reception is instant. Rooms are good… facilities are good… overall a good experience

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options tha services was excellent and tha staff ere very friendly and helpful Tha location was perfect close to tha city entre and attraction tha hotel had great facilities and was very convenient

Very near kasmir gate matero/ isbt busstand. Food is costly also not much varieties of food available but staff is very nice and good. Also for food if u want you can order foods also

Overall good staff. And maintain dignified and respect also quick response. Hotel was near to all travel anyway ready to move. Clean and sharp was staff. Thank you all

We booked for a night and cost was around inr. Too much overpriced. Very average hotel. Receptionist does not have adequate knowledge about hospitality. Room was small and subogated. No drinking water provided. It is chargiable. They don't have restaurant and they arranged from outside (as per food qualiry and packing. hotel by paying high anount and got a small too average room. Also note the false statement - slipper, dental kits, mineral water are the part of basic amenities. But all are not available. They charged 35 inr for one liter mineral water which is available at at price of 20 inr in near by shop. Really frustrated. Only +ve is the location. Walkable distance from the kashmiri gate bus stand.
