The services provided by Mr. Rajkumar were superb and undoubtedly the best. His suggestions to the food choice during our breakfast , lunch and the dinner were the best. The food was made non spicy and the tea was adjusted to suit our taste. We wish him the best for his future.

From April 11 to 14, 2024, my family and I had the delightful opportunity to stay at the ITC WelcomHeritage Vanya Vilas in Kolara while visiting the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. Our accommodations in the premium cottages were truly luxurious, offering comfort and elegance amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional culinary experiences and the warm hospitality extended by the resort's staff. Each meal was a feast for the senses, beautifully prepared and served with utmost care. We were particularly impressed by our service staff member, Rajkumar Sahoo, and the Head Chef, Ravinder Ji, whose attention to detail and dedication to providing an unforgettable dining experience were remarkable. Their friendly demeanor and professional service greatly enhanced our stay, making us feel thoroughly pampered and well cared for. I am deeply grateful for their efforts and highly recommend their services to anyone visiting this exquisite resort. Their exceptional hospitality is sure to make your stay as memorable as ours.

We had an incredible stay. The staff and service was exemplary. We were so taken care of. We had special dietary needs and the food we were served was incredible. Special mention to the Sining Team- Manoharan, Ravindra and Ratna who took such great care of us. Pankaj in the front office made us so welcome and took care of our safari needs so well. Definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back. Thank u to all the incredible staff for making this such a memorable trip that we will hold in our hearts forever.

Very curtious staff, clean and peaceful place. Special mention of restaurant staff, which has been excellent. Always ready to help and accommodate all our request of Jain food, happy to help the kids. Clean rooms, game zone for kids was a cherry on cake.

The F&B department is outstanding. You wish anything and there they make it happen. The food spread is excellent and the staff take an extra effort to help you with everything. The staff at the resort is also helpful, be it buggy, housekeeping, safari. A must place to visit

Awesome service by restaurant staff and all and specially thanks to mr. ratan who had given a best service and safari breakfast and safari area also and all of the staffs were very attentive and helpful for us . We will definitely come back soon

We have stayed at Vanya Vilas for 3 nights with family and the entire trip was memorable. Great stay, amazing food and overall excellent hospitality. My entire family had a great time and would highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway.

Beautiful place and best to stay after tiring safaris in may summer. All facilities are up to date. Food is tasty and not bland like other star restaurants. Manoranjan and team gave us best service also in packed breakfast for safaris. It’s my top recommendation.
