このホテルは本当に素晴らしいと思いました。 朝食、快適さ、清潔さ、ロケーション。残念ながら 1 泊しか滞在しなかったため、帰りたくありませんでした。 ランドリールームはとても快適でした。 ネガティブな点を 1 つだけ報告したいのですが、エレベーターや共用エリアでの喫煙禁止をもっと厳しくすべきです。 エレベーターに乗ると、耐えられないほどの悪臭がすることがありました。

環境、サービス、ハード設備どれをとっても完璧なホテルです。 長沙は暑すぎるので、ここに来る前に日中快適に過ごせるホテルを予約したいと思っていましたが、このホテルはまさに私の第一選択でした。 息子を連れていたため、アーリーチェックインの手配をしたいとホテルに連絡をしたところ、空室が確認でき次第、すぐにアップグレードした部屋タイプを手配していただき、すぐにチェックインすることができました。 提供される朝食、アフタヌーンティー、夜食は絶品で美味しいです。 階下にはCha Yan Yueseがあり、おいしい食べ物がたくさんある非常に特徴的な地区に囲まれています。 出発前に預けていた荷物を取りに戻ったのですが、とても丁寧な対応でコーヒーもいただきました。とてもおすすめです。

部屋は綺麗に改装されていて、清潔感があります。ホテルのサービス態度も良く、ランドリーサービスがあるのも助かりました。部屋は全体的に広々としていますが、バスルームの割合が少し高く感じました。ベッドルームがもっと広ければ、さらに快適だったと思います。朝食はとても美味しかった。立地に関しては、五一広場まで徒歩1500メートルと少し距離がありますが、周辺には美味しいレストランがたくさんありました。

Our stay at this minsu was absolutely superb. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The room facilities are truly 5-star standard, and the cleanliness is impeccable—definitely deserving of a 5-star rating. What impressed us most was the staff. Every single one of them was incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed. As a lovely bonus, complimentary desserts were provided every night, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

部屋は想像以上に整理されており、清潔でした。 朝食の品数はあまり多くありませんが、味付けはよかったと思います。 フロントの方は英語が苦手のようでしたが、翻訳アプリを駆使し、こちらの意図をくみ取ろうとする姿勢に感謝です。 The room was more organized and clean than I expected. The breakfast was not very extensive, but I think it was well seasoned. The front desk staff seemed to have difficulty with English, but I appreciated their efforts to understand our intentions by making use of a translation app.

長沙は初めてでしたが、信じられないほど暑かったです！幸いなことに、ホテルは素敵で広々としていて、エアコンもよく効いていました。周辺地域もとても快適で、食べ物の選択肢も豊富でしたが、中には少し辛いものもありました。この暑さの中、ホテルのミニ冷蔵庫は本当に助かりました。大きなプラスポイントです！長沙の夜景は本当に美しかったです。滞在は短かったものの、とても暑く活気のある素晴らしい体験でした。残念ながら、オーナーが勧めてくれた観光スポットの多くには行けませんでした。次回に期待しましょう！

立地は最高で、どこに行くにも便利で、近くに地下鉄があり、太平老街もすぐ隣です。ホテルは道路沿いにありますが、騒がしく感じません。フロントデスクのサービスは素晴らしく、朝食も豪華でした。 唯一残念なのは、部屋にスーツケースを置く棚がないことです。今後改善されることを期待します。全体的にとても良かったので、機会があれば次回また訪れたいと思います。

環境も衛生面も良好です。掛け布団は洗濯・乾燥済みで、太陽の香りが漂い、清潔感があります。オーナーの方もとても熱心で、朝5時半に空港まで送っていただきました。オーナーの方には本当に感謝しています。掛け布団は少し薄く、夜寝るには少し寒かったですが、次回も利用させていただきます。
