カステリ スイーツ(KasteliSuites)

We had a 1st floor apartment off the quiet shared courtyard. The apartment had everything you need, including some complimentary drinks in the fridge; the courtyard was shaded by a lovely lemon tree with plenty of seats and tables. Parking was in an off road compound some 100m away; well worthwhile as on street parking is very difficult. The manager, Alex, was a great character, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He was always available when needed. The location of the apartment is excellent, being only some 200m from the old harbour.

Not sure where to start. Everything was excellent with our stay in Chania from our arrival to departure. Property is owned and managed by a loving family. They greeted us and took care of us like family. The house was above and beyond our expectations. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. Great walkable location. Hosts were available to make suggestions and routinely asked if we needed anything. The property also has parking that was available which is a big plus. Parking is difficult and having a parking easily available whenever needed made everything much easier. We are already planning our next trip to Chania and can’t wait to stay here again.

Travelers be aware! Alex the owner of Kasteli is a criminal who will be going to jail for assaulting me with a baseball bat. Like a cowered Alex and a younger man came up a block or two to assault me after a verbal argument about a bathroom. This guy not only initially spoke to me in a very rude way when we asked politely if we can use the bathroom but then proceeded to verbally offend me and my cousin. We then left the to go find a bathroom somewhere else. When then I had to pass his establishment in order to get back to my car, he saw me and continued to be verbally aggressive. after the second altercation I reached my car a block or two up the street where then he and the young man followed me. Without any warning they swung a bat at my head and luckily I blocked it with my arm( I was very fortunate not to have a broken arm). After the altercation a few people came up to me and asked if I was ok and then the police came. He tried to lie to the police but there were witnesses there to tell them what really happened. After talking to the police, the mentioned that they knew the guy and had problems with him before. The police mentioned that he has also had problems with his neighbors and is an unstable guy who takes medication to be stable. This guy and his business is not a place I hope people support. Violence is never the answer when it comes to a verbal argument over a bathroom. It could have been handled a different way but he choice to chase me down and attack me. A quelques minutes du vieux port, et pourtant dans un calme parfait, ce petit établissement est une merveille. Notre chambre, très confortable, donnait sur un jardin avec des ruines assez romantiques. Un immense merci au propriétaire pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Kasteli dal 19 al 28 agosto 2021. La struttura, dislocata in più appartamenti, è situata a poche centinaia di metri dalla zona del vecchio Porto Veneziano, area piena di negozi, bar, ristoranti,... Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti, con grande entusiasmo e con un gran sorriso, Alekos, il proprietario che, dimostrando da subito cortesia e disponibilità, ci ha permesso di parcheggiare gratuitamente nel parcheggio privato (cosa non di poco conto vista la scarsità di parcheggi) e ci ha fatto lasciare le valigie, dandoci la possibilità di fare subito un giro per la città. L'appartamento molto accogliente, con tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza all'insegna della comodità (cucina attrezzata, frigorifero sempre rifornito, camera rifatta ogni giorno,...). Che dire poi del bel cortile...area comune, ricca di fiori e piante, attrezzata con tavolini e sedie, location ideale per la colazione mattutina, una cenetta a lume di candela o i momenti di relax al rientro dalle lunghe giornate di visite ed escursioni. Per chi ama i gatti, anche qualche simpatico amichetto da accarezzare, mai troppo invadente. Ritornando al proprietario, Alekos, come detto gentilissimo e disponibile, ma soprattutto presente e pronto a soddisfare ogni necessità (dal darci informazioni utili per visitare la città e i dintorni, allo stamparci i biglietti, prenotati online, utili per le escursioni). Insomma ci siamo trovati benissimo e, se torneremo a Chania, sappiamo già dove alloggiare. Alekos e la sua Kasteli Suites sono una sicurezza. Complimenti per la dedizione e la passione che ci mette nel rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile.

Posizione ottima, belle la stanza familiare, formata da due stanze da letto separate e con un bel balconcino. Molto apprezzato il frigorifero con acqua e altre bevande a disposizione degli ospiti. Gestore molto disponile, per ogni richiesta. Unico lato negativo: bagno vecchio, senza finestra e con aeratore molto rumoroso.

這裏真的必須要推介一下, 他旁邊就有自己的停車場, 這裏整個島就是一下被埋掉的王城, 政府在等待樓房自然倒塌就可以按法律來收取土地, 開發遺跡. 這個APARTMENT的房東不止擁有用作小房間跟前台的房子, 在對面還有一個小花園連幾座HOUSE. 我住的那一個HOUSE有3層. 共3間房, 2個大廳, 1個廚房 . 2個浴室. 外面還有一個果實超大的LEMON TREE, 可以自己取來吃. （基本整個島都是那種樹.） 那裡的人都很愛貓, 就在房子外面就有十幾廿十衹, 老房東還帶我們到外面的海鮮市場買菜, 還帶了自己做的酒跟廚具跟我們分享. 晚上就在外面抱着貓貓坐一下. 超級推介~ 路上一直往下走就是海邊、餐廳跟小市集.
