「The hotel is modern and well located across from the (closed) beach. Reception and all other staff are pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, large and airy with a small balcony over a side street - table, 2 chairs and an extendable clothes rail. Bathroom equally clean and spacious, the shower area huge, the water hot, tissues replaced daily.
Breakfast was a good mix for all tastes, items replenished as necessary. I tried the buffet one evening and found that fairly dreadful, apart from the salad bar. Fortunately there are lots of places locally for decent food.」
「I had a wonderful time at this hotel. For a 2* it had everything I needed and wanted. Lovely palm trees and bougainvillea everywhere.
There were plenty of activities to choose from / sign up to via the Tui App such as aqua aerobics, and sunset yoga, and arts and crafts. The young instructors were lovely and enthusiastic. The evening entertainment was laid back and good fun with quizzes and shows and music.
They very kindly upgraded me to a large sea view room with views across to Fuertaventura. Very much appreciated. I went self catering and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed. No oven but a combi microwave.
The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage space and sockets. Pool / beach towel provided.
I had the buffet dinner on my last night and there was so much choice. Very good value for €20.
Would definitely recommend.」
「Nice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc

「Best 4 star hotel!!
Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel.
The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room.
We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal.
The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy.
It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel.
If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!」

「La ubicación indicada no es muy exacta respecto a su ubicación real. Las piscinas se encuentran 'encajonadas' entre los edificios y son más pequeñas de lo que parecen en las fotos. La persona de recepción que nos atendió fue muy amable, le pedimos algu a recomendación y fue un acierto total.
El personal de recepción es escaso para atender la gran cantidad de clientes que llegan y salen del hotel. El sistema establecido para contactar con recepción no nos gustó nada, no hay un teléfono directo, la centralita pasa la llamada pero nadie la atiende.... después de intentarlo 4 dias antes de nuestra llegada fue imposible.」
