Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists. If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

Amazing stay at these apartments - great location with pool and pool bar which did Estrella in Frozen glasses (big win for me) as well as good selection of food on offer I had a Seaview room (14) and was spacious and clean with your own balcony All staff from Reception/Cleaners/Bar Staff were lovely and friendly none could be faulted I can see why it’s always booked up in advance but if I get a chance would definitely book here again

Amazing hotel! The location, at the quieter end of PDC, 5/10 mins from Airport and only €1.40 on local bus (161). Still besides shops, bars & restaurants but with this being an All Inclusive hotel I never had to spent a cent. Beer, wines, coffee, soft drinks on tap…literally, but has also numerous bars around the place with great service. Three restaurants, two of which you need to book in advance (Asian & Canarian), food is plentiful and of a very good standard. You could not go hungry! The cleaning & maintenance team are like a small army, the place is spotless and nothing gets overlooked. I’d fully recommend!!!

The apartment complex was very tranquil, there werent any noisy guests as it was mostly families. The apartment itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with basic utensils included. The comms from the property was excellent, make sure to check your emails before check in as the front desk closes at 17:00, the property arranged for us to check in after hours and there were no problems doing so. Highly reccomend if you want something quiet and affordable ,would definitely go back.

旧市街や****に近い静かな場所に理想的です。 2つのプールエリア(1つは浅い子供用プール付き)と、より大きなプールで利用できる食べ物-レセプションのすぐそばにある小さなダイニングエリア(朝食に適しています)。 年長の子供のためのプールテーブルと敷地内の幼児のための小さな遊び場。 非常にきれいな複合施設とフレンドリーなスタッフ。設備の整った簡易キッチンとバスルームの素敵なパワフルなシャワーが大好きでした! 多くのショップやレストランに近いですが、ビーチまで下り坂を比較的急な散歩で、私たちにとっては問題ありませんが、バギーや移動の問題がある場合は運動する可能性があります。車を借りると、屋外の路上駐車場がありました。そうでなければ周りにたくさんのタクシーがあります!観光の1日後には徒歩で地元を探索することができました...旧市街の近くにいくつかの素晴らしいレストランがあります。 私たちが見ることができるアパートにはエアコンがありません(しかし、1月末に述べたように、気温は24°Cで、屋内外は快適です) - ピーク時に行くかどうかを確認することをお勧めします。 プールは加熱されていませんでしたが、9:30 から午後 6 時まで、ディップ クリーンで勤務中のライフガードに最適です。 素敵な複合施設でリラックスした短い休憩、私たちは戻ってきます!

翌日空港に簡単にアクセスしたい場合は、このホテルは完璧です。徒歩5分のバス停があり、バスはすべての島を接続します。スタッフは効率的で丁寧です。彼らは私が無料で搭乗券を印刷するのを手伝ってくれました。ディナービュッフェ(半ダース料理)は試しませんでしたが、約18ユーロで良さそうでした。壁には、写真を撮って街を一周するのに使用できるアレシフェの大きな地図があります。私たちは海の見える部屋を持っていました、お勧めの景色はいいです。

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. For a 2* it had everything I needed and wanted. Lovely palm trees and bougainvillea everywhere. There were plenty of activities to choose from / sign up to via the Tui App such as aqua aerobics, and sunset yoga, and arts and crafts. The young instructors were lovely and enthusiastic. The evening entertainment was laid back and good fun with quizzes and shows and music.  They very kindly upgraded me to a large sea view room with views across to Fuertaventura. Very much appreciated. I went self catering and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed. No oven but a combi microwave.  The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage space and sockets. Pool / beach towel provided.  I had the buffet dinner on my last night and there was so much choice. Very good value for €20.  Would definitely recommend.

The staff here are wonderful. They gave us an upgrade to a higher room with lovely sea views. Also on the last day they allowed us to keep our room on until the afternoon at no extra charge. The apartments are a good size with nice size balconies too. The pool is heated and cleaned every day. There is a path near the apartments that cuts through to town which takes about 5 minutes to walk.  Plenty of on road parking. A nice little bar at the adjoining camels spring which is where reception is also located.  This is a lovely place to stay and very friendly we would highly recommended

The hostel is in a small street near the center of the city. You only have to walk some 7-8 minutes from the stop Parque viejo of the bus 22 (on weekdays). The nearest stop of the excursion buses is at a distance of 20-25 minutes walking. Supermarket and small bay with restaurants nearby. I had a double room with bath. The facilities in the room are very basic but with abundance of place for the clothes and suitcases. Nice terrasse on the third floor. Nights can be noisy if the people in the rooms around are noisy. Only real problem is the baths, whose floor absorbs the humidity of the shower.
