「Lovely experience from start to finish, the oversized coffee mugs was a great touch, thank you for that ☺️ and I got to see possibly the most unique sight just round the corner, pictured, as for the lobby and the hotel, a mix of modern, art deco and comfy seating downstairs. Be warned the bed was HUGE!!! I could fit 3 full size pillows across, so no danger of falling out for me ☺️ I will be going back 👍」

「完璧な滞在でした。ベッドは快適で、バスルームはモダンで清潔、壁に飾られた氏族のタータン柄の説明文も素敵でした。朝食ビュッフェも素晴らしく、スタッフは皆、私たちのために尽力してくれました。受付のキエランさんは親切で助かりました。アプリには100ポンドのデポジットが必要で、クレジットカードへの返金には2～4週間かかると記載されていませんでした。そこで現金で支払い、翌日返金してもらうことにしました。ホテルは素晴らしいレストランに近く、ケルビングローブ美術館＆博物館へも徒歩圏内です。強くお勧めします！」

「支払った料金に見合う価値は十分にありました。素晴らしいホテルでした。値段が高そうだったので、食事や飲み物はしませんでした。残念ながら、ホテルの閉館時間と到着時間が重かったため、他の施設も利用しませんでした。唯一の問題は、最初に案内された部屋でキーカードが使えなかったため、フロントに2回も行かなければならなかったことですが、最終的には別の部屋を用意してもらえました。（宿泊客が到着する前に部屋のドアが壊れていたら、ホテル側は気づくはずですが。）それ以外は素晴らしい滞在でした。ぜひお勧めします。」

「Overall the hotel meets the standard 3-star. The major issue is the noise: the walls are very thin and the noise from the neighbours and the corridor can be disturbing. There is some noise coming from the radiator in the middle of the night too. Hotel staff are nice and efficient.」

「Have stayed at this place a few times now over many years. Great location, staff friendly. However comparing it to our other visits to (The Ponds) Leonardo we had a few niggles. Most of these concerned the bathroom. Firstly, when turning tap towards cold, the water came out like an explosion. We can only assume that it was some sort of air lock. The bathroom was very tired looking. The ceiling looked awful, like mould and the seal around the bath needed redoing. Lots of black mould, due to no ventilation. We knew beforehand there was no air-con, however the temperature was unbelievably hot. One of the lifts was out of order for all of our stay. The other lift was incredibly slow when called.」

「Exactly what my friend and I were looking for, we were only in the city for 1 night for a concert so for what we needed it done us grand. Rooms are on the smaller side but if it's cheap and cheerful you're after then it does the job, was clean and tidy and no issues whatsoever and if you happen to be heading to the Hydro and taxi's/ubers are an issue at end of the night then, its about a 25min walk back to the hotel.」

「Lovely room for a family of four. The front desk staff were very helpful, but unfortunately, none of them mentioned that the hotel offers a free gym and steam room/spa for guests. I only found out about this after checking out, which was a shame. Our experience with breakfast wasn’t great. On the first day, we waited around 20 minutes for two fried eggs—one of which came overcooked and the other undercooked with a runny center. On the last day, they had already run out of croissants more than an hour before breakfast ended. Also, there were no signs indicating the availability of chocolate powder for hot chocolate, so I didn’t realise it was there until our final morning. Additionally, the hotel advertises a free drink when signing up for membership. I scanned the QR code and signed up on the first day, but there were no instructions on how to claim the drink, so I never got to use it.」

「このホテルは立地が素晴らしく、スタッフもとても親切で、特にフロントのデニスさんは大変助かりました。客室には暖房設備があり、冬でも暖かく過ごせます。朝食レストランは混雑していましたが、料理はすぐに補充され、味も美味しかったです。全体的に見て、次回グラスゴーに来る機会があれば、またこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。」

「バス乗り場からも駅からも歩いて直ぐなので、重い荷物を持って移動する身にはありがたいです。 窓無しの部屋にしましたが、寝るだけなので不便も感じません。シャワーの水圧も十分でホットシャワー浴びれましたし、ベッドもフカフカでよく眠れました。 スタッフもフレンドリーで英語が不十分な私でも話を理解する事ができました！」

「Great location close to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, museums and galleries, buses, Kelvingrove Park. Room spotless, bed comfortable, good shower, quiet room, kettle. No lift but stairs not difficult for me. Efficient and friendly Reception willing to help and advise. Bright and spacious Reception seating area. Did not try the breakfast. Airport and city centre bus stops nearby.」
