Lovely experience from start to finish, the oversized coffee mugs was a great touch, thank you for that ☺️ and I got to see possibly the most unique sight just round the corner, pictured, as for the lobby and the hotel, a mix of modern, art deco and comfy seating downstairs. Be warned the bed was HUGE!!! I could fit 3 full size pillows across, so no danger of falling out for me ☺️ I will be going back 👍

ホテルのロケーションは最高で、市街地のど真ん中にあります。外に出て、歴史地区、ショッピング エリア、レストランを散策するのも楽しいです。予約した部屋は素敵で広く、朝食もおいしかったです。唯一の欠点は、ホテルまで車で来る場合、荷物を降ろす場所がないことです。ホテルはゲアン中央駅に直結しているため、通りは非常に混雑しています。ホテルには駐車場がないため、非常に高額な駐車場に停めるように言われました。ホテルから駐車割引カードがもらえますが、一晩駐車すると総じて非常に高額です。

エジンバラのホテルが高すぎてグラスゴーに泊まることにしました。 ホテルがかなりいいロケーションにあります。主要のセントラル駅とクィーンストリート駅からは全部徒歩15分以内、かつテスコとかスーパーも近くにあります。 値段がエジンバラの半分ぐらいで手頃で、建物も新しくてきれいです。 欠点としてはホテルがアパートタイプなので、1週間以上泊まらなければ清掃サービスがなく、タオルも交換してくれないことです。あと、全体的に静かなホテルではあるが、上の階が椅子など動かしたらうるさいほどちゃんと聞こえます。初日、上の階の方が5時前から行動していたようで、音楽と物を動かす音で起こされて寝れなかったです。

Clean rooms, good location and friendly staff. Breakfast is nice but only having the heat instead of the aircon when the temperature is 14-26 degrees C is an odd arrangement. Having the window open is quite noisy during the night due to traffic noise.

We enjoyed our stay at the Maldron and felt it was great value overall. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance but also slightly away from the main high street so it was nice and peaceful at night. There were also loads of excellent restaurants and coffee shops within a few hundred meters of the hotel, offering loads of cuisine choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived, I realised I had accidentally booked one of our rooms as a double room when we needed a twin. After just a quick call to reception the staff found us a twin room within minutes, and were even mindful of keeping our families on the same floor for convenience which we hugely appreciated. The rooms themselves were very clean, modern and spacious enough for the two of us and our suitcases. The sound proofing was pretty decent too, and there was minimal noise from the corridor/outside apart from a few doors banging in the morning as guests left. Other highlights include: a very good shower where you can switch between a rainfall + handheld head, plugs on both sides of the bed (an essential these days!) and a comfortable bed. The TV system is a little dated in my opinion, however it does allow casting which was a bonus. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a mid-low budget stay.

The hotel was in a great spot to walk anywhere, the rooms were great sized and had everything available!

The Marriott Hotel has updated the rooms to a good standard. However the bathroom has not been updated and was very poor with various areas dirty. (See photos). Also the shower screen did not close meaning lots of water was spilled onto the floor when taking a shower. One of the bath towels in the room had a hole in it. Other small things were that there is only one chair in the room meaning my wife had to sit on the bed. Also only one tea spoon in the room. This is not what I would expect from a Marriott Hotel!

The hotel was very clean and modern, with a warm and welcoming reception. A lovely touch was the dog-friendly corner, where you can even arrange dinner for your dog. It made the stay feel especially thoughtful and accommodating.

The service was next level, with us going to get a taxi at one point outside the hotel and a staff member coming out to put an umbrella over us. The inside was probably the cleanest hotel we have been in with booking the executive room the space in the room was very big, the mirrors are excellent along with the shower being rainfall and having the normal head as well. I’d 100% book a room with a complimentary mini bar since they don’t just re-fill the drinks the re-fill the snacks. You must try the food as well being one of the best breakfasts we’ve had, along with room service we ordered a burger that was to die for. One of our favourite memories will be in the outside smoking/bar lounge being in Glasgow listening to the rain while wrapped in blankets under heated lights smoking a cigar drinking fine wine created the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. They also set your blind and bed and everything to exactly how you like it honestly this hotel is the real deal.
