「到着してチェックインすると、ウェルカムドリンクとしてレモングラスドリンクが出されました。ホテルのフロントでは、ハネムーン滞在のためにビーチフロントの部屋に無料でアップグレードしてくれ、私のリクエストに基づいてハネムーンの装飾もしてくれました。ホテルの眺めは素晴らしく、部屋は快適で、トイレも清潔で、エメラルドグリーンのプールも良かったです。朝食は種類も豊富でしたが、コーヒーメーカーを期待していたのですが残念ながらありませんでした。全体的には満足です。ロビーまで迎えに来てもらうためにフロントに電話しました。チェックアウトの際には、Gojekに電話して市内まで戻ることができました。」

「Very clean, new, every essential i need available. Water just outside , very convenient, fast check in out process. Location superb. Have shuttle to mall and terminal . It was immediate , so good. It was raining and separate occassion I was on low blood sugar to go terminal with my bag so i requested shuttle. Great pick up. Storage available, no hassle. Im 5/5 satisfied. I check out late upon request , its allowed , nice. Room has vibrant colors , nice sea view too.」

「We arrived at 1pm & even though check in was at 3pm the front desk kindly allowed us an early check in which was much appreciated. All the staff were generally friendly & helpful. Location is good, lots of food and minimarts in the immediate area. Can also walk to Nagoya mall, about 10 to 15 mins away. We stayed in a smoking room suite. Room was spacious & clean with a simple decor. King size bed with bathrobes & slippers provided. Water pressure was good. Aircon & fridge was cold. The door lock didn't work so we just used the chain. Which was fine as the key cards only brought you up to yr specific floor so we weren't too worried. The restaurant for breakfast was nice & bright with a good variety of food. Quite fast to clear the plates. There was just a bit of a wait for seating but understand why as it was a weekend & i think it was a full house.」

「We were received by front staff with friendly smiles greeting us. Me & wifey were supposed to check in at 2pm their local time but got checked in one hour earlier instead. Room is clean with pleasant smell. We unpacked our things and proceeded straight to the Grand Mall to pick up some snacks and followed by a sumptuous seafood dinner at A2. The 89 Hotel is conveniently located, so Grand Mall & A2 food center is just a stone throw away. The hotel's breakfast buffet is superb. Choices of food to choose from and the menu is different everyday. By the way, we stayed for 4 nights in 89 Hotel. I will definitely come back to 89 Hotel again if we are going to Batam. Highly recommended for couple or family stay. You won't regret it.」

「設備が非常に老朽化したホテルで、廊下はボロボロで壁の塗装が剥がれ落ちそうでした。実際のところ、ホテルの造り自体は悪くないのですが、内装が古すぎ、部屋の設備も時代遅れです。まるで、いくら素材が良い美人でも、毎日すっぴんで出歩くようなものです。自分が（中国の人気女優）劉亦菲だとでも思っているのでしょうか？」

「The hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.」
