「今回の旅行は出張で、ホテルの部屋は短期出張には十分快適でした。新しいホテルで、早朝便に乗ったため朝食は取りませんでした。全体的に清潔で設備も新しく、滞在するには良い場所でした。」

「It is one of the newest hotel in Palu. It is a great concept but average execution. Hotel visions as like the boutique hotel in French. European Classic type. I have twin room type one night stay and deluxe queen the next day . The twin room felt full packed of furniture and make no space to move around. Towels and bed are new so it was nice. The shower however was not enjoyable. Water flow out was terrible  with no door make water flood out of the shower box. Inside the shower box, only found a bottle of body wash (but no label) and no shampoo. Breakfast is average, open kitchen is a bit noisy. Sofa tables are rarely used because of table high position makes no sense when eating.」

The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!」
