「2泊2室のスイートを予約しました。2日目は一日中清掃が入らず、フロントに問い合わせてようやく手配してもらいました。3日目のチェックアウトは12時でしたが、私たちが朝食に行っている間に、午前10時頃には清掃が始まっていました。その上、充電器やスキンケア用品などが片付けられてしまいました。マネージャーに連絡して一部の物は取り戻せましたが、変換アダプターは結局見つかりませんでした。チェックアウト前にもかかわらず清掃が始まるなんて、客を追い出すようなものですね。非常に不満です！」

「Freundlicher Empfang ohne grosses Brimborium. Für ein Zimmer haben wir für 2 separate Bettdecken nachgefragt. Beim 3ten Anlauf hat es geklappt ;). Wie in den Gästerückmeldungen gelesen hat sich bestätigt, dass die Aufmerksamkeit  vom Servicepersonal inkl. Management beim Frühstück auch in Randzeiten verbessert werden kann. Der Tisch wurde uns schnell zugewiesen, jedoch konnten wir keine Getränke bestellen. Ein Augenkontakt mit dem Personal war nicht möglich. Am Buffet konnten wir die Bestellung schlussendlich beauftragen. Kein Problem, wir kommen sicher gerne wieder wenn wir in München vorbeischauen.」

「素晴らしいホテル!植物園に隣接した静かな場所、部屋の外に座って、ミュンヘンの古い新しい立法府を見ることができます。周囲には多くの観光スポットがあり、約10-20分間歩いています。このホテルを強くお勧めします!朝食も非常に良いです、一人あたり35ユーロ。空港からホテルまで約40分、ホテルで105ユーロをピックアップします。ホテルには快適な使い捨てスリッパがあり、湯沸かしポットも借りることができます。」

「ツインルームを予約したのに、シングルベッドが配られました。部屋を変更するには1時間以上待たされるよう言われ、マネージャーがあれこれ交渉した結果、ツインルームの空きがないと言われました。あまりにも腹が立って、チェックアウトする寸前でした。言い争った後、誰かがチェックアウトしたので別の部屋を用意できると言われました。この五つ星ホテルはとんでもなく非効率です。ホテルのバーのスタッフは非常に失礼で、英語が分からないふりをして英語のメニューを提供することを拒否しました。ドイツ語のメニューを説明できなかったので、ようやく英語のメニューをくれました。」

「ファミリー向けのお部屋は、キングサイズベッドの部屋が2つ隣接しており、家族3人での滞在に快適でした。ホテルはトラム19番の駅に近く、旧市街へのアクセスも良く、観光や食事を楽しむのに便利でした。朝食も美味しく、非常におすすめできるホテルです。ホテルの隣にはガソリンスタンドがあり、レンタカーでの給油にも便利でした。」
