「立地は良いものの、かなり古びたホテル。チェックインに30分近くかかり、私の後ろには長い行列ができていて、受付にはたった2人しかいなかった。大したことではないように聞こえるかもしれないが、街に到着して夜だけを過ごす場合、30分は長い時間だ。出かける前にすぐにシャワーを浴びたが、タオルがない！5つ星ホテルなのに。ベッドの掛け布団カバーを使って体を拭かなければならなかった。フロントに伝えたら、街から戻ってきたときにはタオルが置いてあった。部屋は全体的にみすぼらしく、シャワーカーテンは数個のリングで留められているだけで、タイルはひび割れているなど。朝食はまあまあだったが、5つ星ホテルにコーヒーマシンがあるだろうか？誰かがどこかで椅子を1時間ほど引きずり回していた。誇張ではなく、10メートルずつ1脚ずつ引きずっていた。5階のプールとテラスからの眺めは最高だった。二度と泊まりたくない。」

「- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat. - Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa. - The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb. - Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.」

「While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.」
