Very convenient apart hotel in Rabat. We had a spacious room with 2 queen size beds and huge personal balcony. It’s placed not far from the center and shore - in 20 minutes by foot. We’re offered to choose Chinese or Moroccan food for breakfast, Chinese option tasted great. The owner Jennie was really polite and caring. The only lack was towels, there was only compressed towels which u need to wet.

It is near the main ”road” /avenue in the medina and a clear signage is hanged at the junction so it is fairly easy to find the riad. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Our room was clean but the blankets and towels looked well-used. There was some smell in the bathroom and I was told it was caused by humidity because prior to our arrival it had rained for two months. The whole medina was affected.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Nice, stylish and clean rooms, good location. Good service overall. I just suggest to improve breakfast a bit limited choice in our case and alot of procedure cause must sign a paper too hehe. But Its okay

The riad has a great location - just one turn from the main street. Everything is at hand - a green market street where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and anything you like. While booking we were promised a “Luxury Double Room” but in fact it was extremely small, without any amenities. Without cabinet, without hanger - just only a number of hooks on the wall. The toilet was also very small. The room smelled like sewer - we had to open the window all the time to ventilate the room. The breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty. The personnel was really friendly and very helpful. I can recommend this riad for its location. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you’ll enjoy staying in it!

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
