「The hotel is a very beautiful and charming place. I booked this room mainly because can see the stunning Golden Mountain view directly at dawn. It gets quite cold at night, and the mornings are pleasantly cool. The restaurant food is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downsides are that there are a few insects at the mountaintop, which is understandable, and the soundproofing of the room isn’t great—after 10 p.m., noise from people outside can still be heard clearly.」

「The location is quite convenient, and there is ample free parking available. The outdoor environment is pleasant, well-maintained, and clean, making it a nice place to relax. There is also a BBQ pit provided, although guests need to bring their own utensils and ingredients. One downside is that there is no refrigerator in the room. The bed makes some slight noise, but it is still acceptable for a short stay. The room also comes with a small balcony, which is great for enjoying the night view. Check-in and check-out are quick and hassle-free. An ironing board is available at the reception area, and a hairdryer can be borrowed upon request. Overall, considering the price, it offers very good value for money.」

「2 hour drive from airport. Very close drive to the Kinabalu national park or about a 20 minute walk. Room is simple, rustic but clean. Beautiful surrounding and view from the room. Bed was comfortable. Perfect if you just want a good place to rest after spending the day in nature. There’s a cafe/lunch spot about 15 minutes away by foot.」
