「ホテルはとても美しく魅力的な場所です。 夜明けに直接見事なゴールデンマウンテンの景色が見えるので、この部屋を予約しました。 夜はかなり寒くなり、朝は気持ちよく涼しくなります。 レストランの食べ物は美味しく、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。 唯一の欠点は、山の頂上にいくつかの昆虫がいることです。これは理解できます。部屋の防音は良くありません。午後10時以降も、外の人の騒音がはっきりと聞こえます。」

「The room was spacious, and the check-in and check-out process was acceptable, although there is room for improvement as the reception counter was often unattended. We booked for 2 nights, but there was no housekeeping service or complimentary items provided for the second day. Water supply was also a major issue. On our check-out day, there was no water supply as early as 6:00 AM, which significantly affected our stay and overall experience.」

「Nice view of the mountain in the morning, to see the mount kinabalu u have to walk up to the deck to have a closer look. Staff is friendly and the room is clean.
