「Good place to stay in the Algarve – unfortunately we ended up in a 1st floor room (ground level) facing the parking lot. Also the shower hat problems and flooded the entire bathroom and some of the hotel room. They did something to improve, but overall it seemed like bad design and still happened a little bit afterwards. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. I wouldn't call it a ”Hotel & Spa” though – the spa facilities are quite limited, small and some were even out of order.」

「せいぜい4つ星のプロパティです。私たちの滞在中、ホテルは最高でなかったので、私は3.5星を入れました。 ホテルの入り口は駅の待合室のように見えます。 一瞬、私たちはホテル内のいたるところが暗いので地下にあると思いました。トイレは入り口の地面で臭いがし、昨年のクリスマスに窓が掃除されたと思います。汚れた床。 部屋は薄暗いですが広としています..食器棚のスペースがたくさん。暗すぎるため、バスルームエリアの鏡を使用することはできません。プッシュボタンを振らない限り、トイレのボウルの水は流れ続けます。テレビリモコンが汚れていました。 タオルは10世紀から、気をつけて使用してください!トイレタリーは基本的なブランドです、何もありません! 朝食は良いが、素晴らしいものではない。オムレツとパンケーキのライブステーションがあります。ポッド付きネスカフェマシンからのコーヒー、再びあまり5つ星の標準ではありません。 良い価格の取引があるが、高い期待ではない場合はここに滞在してください。 5スターサービスを期待しないでください!警告を受けました。」

「Dises Hotel ist eine Entdeckung. Ich bin seit Jahren gerne ein paar Wochen in Olhos de agua und Umgebung. Dieses Hotel hat mich begeistert. Fitnessräume wirklich gut , Spabereich feine Sache, beheizter Pool im Adultbereich zum geniessen...und dann noch das Essen MMMh.」

「Stayed here for a short break to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only thing the room was lacking was a kettle (do they not know us brits love a cuppa!?!?). We asked reception, and the following day there was a kettle in our room. A nice touch was on my wife’s birthday there was a knock at the door and we were given a bottle of sparking wine ☺️ Overall, a good hotel in a great location.」

「A fabulous hotel which lived up to expectations. The room was lovely with a huge bed, free safe, bottle of water on arrival and pool towels. My room was on the road side but it didn't bother me and I requested a high floor which was fulfilled. It got the afternoon sun and was a sun trap. Breakfast was buffet style with a great selection of hot and cold foods, plenty of different breads and cakes The location is great, close to loads of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a few minutes from bus stops if you want to pop into Albufeira old town. I would definitely return to the hotel without hesitation.」

「Muito boas infra estruturas mas nota-se que a Unidade carece de remodelação para fazer jus à marca Portobay que é uma marca conceituada. As alcatifas e os elementos de madeira nos corredores de acesso aos quartos  não dignificam o Hotel. Mas nota-se que dum modo geral o equipamento já está muito desgastado. Mas continuarei a ser fiel a esta marca porque o pessoal está muito bem formado e presta um bom serviço ao cliente. Votos de sucesso」

「This was a wonderful honeymoon holiday in the Algarve. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the W Algarve staff. They were all so friendly and sharing recommendations on where to visit across the Algarve. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel gave us a few surprises upon arrival (decorating bed with rose petals, congratulatory messages / writings on the walls and a portugese red wine front Duoro valley. What a great way to start the holiday. Furthermore, the W Algarve were extremely helpful on making lunch/dinner bookings in restaurants across Algarve. It felt like a private Concierge and we were very grateful for it. Hip and Portuguese design. Certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Algarve. MUST have a rental car, there isn't much around within walking distance.」

「Posizione ottima per l’accesso al mare (spiaggia di Albufeira ) e alle scogliere . Centro raggiungibile in 15m attraverso la spiaggia ma anche con un bus navetta gratuito fornito dall’hotel. Bella piscina ( freddina per la stagione ) .Ottima colazione e buffet abbastanza variabile con orari prolungati.Struttura un po’ datata in particolare la camera ( climatizzatore dei vicini un po’rumoroso e necessità di qualche revisione)」
